Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, born in Lueyang, Hanzhong, Shannxi Provinve, China, is the Chinese contemporary poetess, translator, and American English “Legendary Poet”. She is the founder of “Sophy Poetry & Translation Website”, “Sophy Poetry & Translation” International Magazine and “Sophy International Translation Publishing House” and the founder and leading lecturer of “Sophy English Forum”. She graduated from English Institute of Xi'an Foreign Studies University in English Literature. She began to write Chinese poetry in 1989 and English poetry in 2004, and she began to translate Chinese Poetry into English poetry and English poetry into Chinese poetry in 2005. She won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012(C-E)and the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award(C-E). PENTASI B WORLD INSPIRATIONAL POET 2018 and World Featured Poet 2018(E-E). beautiful
as i look at the flower
so delicate so fragrant so soft
swaying alone hanging along the edge of the cliff
dancing against those thunderous stormy winds
pulling-slowly one by one every petal every sepal

beautiful
as i look at the flower
grown underneath a turbulent ocean
in those unending restless waves
waves waves punching and spinning wildly along the shores
crushing-slowly one by one every petal every sepal

beautiful
as i look at the flower
remain standing in those shaky mountain slopes
in the midst of those rushing heavy-lava-laden rolling debris
boiling exploding swallowing without-mercy
melting-slowly one by one every petal every sepal

beautiful
as i look at the flower

yet remain fixed gazing towards the birth of a new sun
trembling yet remain singing under those creepy dark clouds
of undulating darkness struck by horrifying lightning
burning-slowly one by one every petal every sepal

beautiful
as i look at the flower
in the middle of the unforgiving desert under those extremes
cruel unbearable heat crippling its peduncle to kneel
fracturing its receptacle to bow tearing its roots to crawl
suck-dead-dry-slowly one by one every petal every sepal

finally
you submit faithfully
to your fate without a complaint
& in your last station your seeds grow
near the marble bed of your Master

在汹涌澎湃的海洋下生长
在那些无休止的无休止的浪潮中
浪花浪花冲击疯狂的旋转沿着海岸

当我看见它
依然站在那些摇摇欲坠的山坡上
在那些汹涌沉重的-熔岩中-装载滚滚的残骸
沸腾爆炸吞噬着残暴无情
融化-慢慢地一瓣一瓣每一片花瓣每一片萼片

当我看见它

然而它总是一动不动凝视着太阳新的诞生
颤抖着，却依然歌唱在这些令人毛骨悚然的乌云下
在波涛汹涌的黑暗里，它被可怕的闪电击中

except these thousand keys i found
in the rubbles covered by my own blood and my own ashes
in those thousand thousand thousand years of my own imperfections

yes i come to you

to preserve those rubbles of my imperfections
and use these thousand keys i found
so we can breed new pearls in the sands
of those remaining undiscovered untainted zillion stars
together we can see new lights to fly and glide
to sing and dance to laugh and smile
to grow and glow in all of the heavens

In order to prepare the PENTASI B China World Poetry Festival 2019 and Sophy Chen World Poetry Award, Sophy Chen myself can not participate in this flourishing poetry event as an invited poet. Especially in the name of the famous Chinese translator, English poet, exclusive sponsor, organizer, and host of Pentasi B China World Poetry Festival 2019 of mainland China, Sophy Chen specially presented the first issue of the international journal “ Sophy Poetry & Translation (E-C) to Dr.Waheed Musah, the host of the International Humanity Conference of the republic of Ghana.

加纳共和国远在非洲，路途遥远，中国的大多数快递公司都没有开通加纳的国际邮件业务，只有中国邮政可以送达，普通邮件需要3-6个月时间，EMS国际航空快递也不能保证在正常范围内送达，还好这次有诗歌和全世界诗人、读者保佑，13天就到了，没有耽误9月26日和9月29日的诗歌盛会。
The Republic of Ghana is a long way from China. Most express companies in China do not have their international mail service in Ghana, so only the Post of China can deliver. Its ordinary mail takes 3-6 months, and EMS international air express cannot guarantee to delivery within the normal time. 苏菲（Sophy Chen），本名陈丽华，中国当代女诗人、翻译家。出生于陕西汉中略阳县；毕业于西安外国语大学英文学院。美国英语“传奇诗人”。 “苏菲诗歌&翻译网”、“苏菲诗歌&翻译”(英汉双语）国际杂志社、“苏菲国际翻译出版社”创建人。“苏菲英语讲坛”创办者兼主讲人。 1989年，开始汉语诗歌写作、2004年开始英语诗歌写作、2005年开始英汉双语诗歌翻译。获2012年度“国际最佳翻译家奖”（评选语言英汉双语）。“中国当代诗歌奖”（2013—2014）翻译奖（评选语言英汉双语）。获2018年 PENTASI B 世界精神诗人奖和世界杰出诗人奖（评选语言英语）。翻译出版英译诗歌集六部：《花动摇》、《藏香》、《生之瞭望》、《异调》、《胴体向前》、《白娘子诗传》。英语诗歌原创集，“苏菲英语十四行诗”《晚香玉》，仅仅8首诗，电子书在美国亚马逊英语图书网出版。

Translator Sophy Chen
Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, born in Lueyang, Hanzhong, Shannxi Provinve, China, is the Chinese contemporary poetess, translator, and American English “Legendary Poet”. She is the founder of “Sophy Poetry & Translation Website”, “Sophy Poetry & Translation” International Magazine and “Sophy International Translation Publishing House” and the founder and leading lecturer of “Sophy English Forum”. She graduated from English Institute of Xi'an Foreign Studies University in English Literature. She began to write Chinese poetry in 1989 and English poetry in 2004, and she began to translate Chinese Poetry into English poetry and English poetry into Chinese poetry in 2005. She won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012(C-E)and the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award(C-E). PENTASI B WORLD INSPIRATIONAL POET 2018 and World Featured Poet 2018(E-E). She translated and published six Chinese poetry collections into English, The Flower Swaying (2014) , The Tibetan Incense(2014), The Outlook of Life (2014), The Different Tunes (2014), The Body Forward (2015), and A Poetry Biography for White Snake (2015), etc. Her English original poetry collection, Sophy English Sonnets, Tuberose, only 8 poems, published in Amazon in E-book.

人民网讯: 一个热爱诗的人可能在一个拐角就碰到惊喜！9月18日下午，由海南省司法文联、海南省青年作家协会、中国诗歌在线主办的《潇潇的诗》与《五月中的四月》中国-西班牙语诗集分享会在海口骑楼老街国新书苑举行。

古巴作家协会主席亚历克斯·鲍希德斯、古巴诗人亚瑟夫·阿南达·卡尔德隆、中国当代诗人潇潇、远岸、马启代、孟原、吴云汉、李成、邢月、艾子、蒋浩、雁西、韩庆成、乐冰、许燕影、冷阳、彭桐、林江合、施虹羽等诗人、朗诵家，以及省司法文联会员、省青年作家协会会员、各界诗歌爱好者近百人参加了分享会。著名诗人、省司法文联会长远岸主持会议。

活动现场

亚历克斯·鲍希德斯在分享会上致辞，他表示，出版双语诗集，对于中国和古巴两个国家的人民来说，都是一份很好的礼物。“潇潇的诗集在古巴出版之后，我相信会有更多的中国文学作品走进古巴。”他说，这是第一本中国女诗人的诗集在古巴出版，我很喜欢潇潇的诗。我第一次来海南，海南很美，海南的诗人一定有不少美好的作品，欢迎海南诗人到访古巴，让古巴人民分享海南诗人的精彩。

诗人们以全球化视野下的诗歌本土意识为主题，诸如当前互联网时代，怎样让90后和00后更多青少年喜欢上诗歌等话题对潇潇、亚瑟夫·阿南达·卡尔德隆和阿莱克斯·鲍希德斯的诗歌进行了深入探讨。

活动现场

著名诗人、中国诗歌在线总编潇潇表示，诗歌创作是一个诗人一生都在探索挖掘心灵词语宝藏的过程，怎样把日常生活的语言和网络流行语提炼出诗意来，更加接地气，去接近年轻人？值得大家探讨。

诗友们分别以汉语、英语和西班牙语倾情朗诵了潇潇的《寒冷是温暖的一部分》、《我看见，这颗心》、《First, Get Death Drunk》、阿莱克斯的《风中的居民》、《灯塔看守者的演说》、亚瑟夫的《五月中的四月》、《天使的光临》、远岸的《鹰的呼啸》、马启代的《疑问》、孟原的《对立或决绝》、艾子的《三月梨花》、蒋浩的《实话》、韩庆成的《鸟》、江非的《夜晚》、雁西的《每一朵玫瑰的死亡都因为爱上一个人》、冷阳的《杏花》、彭桐的《把闲散的时光给你》、林江合的《我必须宽容》、施虹雨的《在一杯茶里等你》等优秀诗歌作品。

新书

远岸总结，此次举办中外诗歌分享会的目的就是为了让诗歌的种子、诗歌的灿烂在海南能够更加温暖的生长，让全球化视野下的诗歌本土意识在海南有更加精彩的收获。今年海南启动建设自贸区、自贸港，海南需要更多来自世界的元素、来自各个国家的精彩，以包容、开放的态度去感受世界的多姿多彩和诗歌的美妙。

亚瑟夫对于此次的诗歌分享会感到非常满意，他说，海南是个迷人的地方，海口是个很漂亮的城市，希望通过诗歌的互动分享能进一步增强两国文化的交流。

这次双语诗歌分享会，促进了西班牙文化和中国文化更好的沟通交流，让海南的诗人与读者享受到了中国-西班牙语诗歌朗读的韵味和诗歌带给人们的精神盛宴。（潘江妹）

When east wind is soft, it just falls into peach grove
I was a bit drunk that night, and it was a bit rain that night

In the curtain the woman’s taste was thicker than the drinks
Outside the curtain the night smell was denser than the river...
They had no where to go, they had no Short Song Ballad

Drinking this peach blossom wine
We are discussing the most passionate and romantic man in history
Ancient times is older, older than fireworks, older than sensibilities

溢出的气味应是身体上多余的
那一小部分，极少的部分

我赞美过雪中气味
赞美过梅上枝头的气味
它们一半的时日用来陪伴冬天
陪伴取暖人虚无的光阴

我用剩余的一半时间来爱来赞美
除此之外，等等之外，有眉心上的气味
花冠上的气味和性上的气味
它们是悬在梅枝上的“谎言”

Smell

Overflow of smell should be superfluous on the body
That’s small part, very mini part

I praised the smell in the snow
I praised the smell of plum blossoms on branches
Half of their time is spent with the winter
And with the empty times of people with heating

I love and praise by half of my remaining times
In addition to this, and so on, there is a smell on my eyebrows
The smell of the corolla and the smell of sex
They are the “lies” hanging on the plum branches

题一杆双筒猎枪

这些日子天气晴朗
墨西哥城上空
握住一轮奇特的光芒
光芒奇特的还有你
欧内斯特•海明威
宽肩膀上
一杆忙忙碌碌的双筒猎枪

据说这杆枪很亮也很凉
可是我的城市没有这杆猎枪
更不知道你枪上的准星
为什么总爱瞄向衰老的泥土
垒起一座座拳击馆斗牛场
给雄性酿制快感创造疯狂
为什么总爱张开枪口
在时光的攻击下发出对时光的反抗
乞力马扎罗山的积雪让你洞穿
又叩响丧钟你打算为谁而鸣唱
还在一个金灿灿的早晨
一片金灿灿的沙滩上
逢着一名叫桑提亚哥的皱皮老头
跟他一起聊天一起出海
一起看大马林鱼被鲨鱼吞食的辉煌

呕呕我不明白真不明白

A Poem to a Double-barrel Shotgun

These days, it is sunny
High up in the air, Mexico City
Is holding a ray of strange light
And there is a ray of strange light, you,
Ernest Hemingway
On your wide shoulders
A busy double-barrel shotgun

It is said that this shotgun is very brilliant and cool
But there is no this in my city
I even do not know the front sight on your shotgun
Why it always likes to aim at the aging soil
Boxing Halls and Bullrings built up
To create the thrill and madness to male
Why it always likes to open its muzzle
Sending out time resistance, in attack of the time
The snow cover on Kilimanjaro let you cut through
And knocked at the funeral bell, and whom are you going to sing
And in a golden morning
On a golden beach
You met a wrinkled old man, named Santiago
Chatting, going to sea with him together
And watching the glory a marlin swallowed by a shark together

余志成简介
余志成男，六十年代生于上海。汉族。
上海市作家协会会员；上海《现代领导》杂志社策划部主任、中国国际文化出版社上海办主任、美中文化协会副会长。
二十一世纪初，曾担任《建筑世界》、《环球市场》杂志主编。荣获过“中国管理科学理论成就奖”、《诗刊》首届新诗大赛优秀作品奖等。组诗“散步森林”入选多部诗选集并由上海人民广播电台录制成光盘。
个人主要著作有诗集《黄昏肖像》、《散步森林》，报告文学集《领导者星路》等。

About Yu Zhicheng
Yu Zhicheng Male, Han, was born in Shanghai in1960s.
He is a member of Shanghai Writers Association; the planning department director of Shanghai “Modern Leadership” magazine, office director of Shanghai department of Chinese International Culture Publishing House, and the vice president of China and the United States Cultural Association.
In Early 2000s, he served as the editor of the “Architecture World”, and “Global Market” magazine. He was awarded the “Theory Achievement Award of Chinese Management Science”, “Poetry” First Contemporary Poetry Competition Excellence Award, and etc. Poem series, “Walking in Forest” selected in many poems collections and recorded into CD by Shanghai People’s Broadcasting Station.
His major works include poetry collections, “Twilight Portrait”, “Walking in Forest”, and reportage collections “leaders’ Star Road” and so on.

苏菲（Sophy Chen），本名陈丽华，中国当代女诗人、翻译家。出生于陕西汉中略阳县；毕业于西安外国语大学英文学院。美国英语“传奇诗人”。 “苏菲诗歌&翻译网”、“苏菲诗歌&翻译”(英汉双语）国际杂志社、“苏菲国际翻译出版社”创建人。“苏菲英语讲坛”创办者兼主讲人。 1989年，开始汉语诗歌写作、2004年开始英语诗歌写作、2005年开始英汉双语诗歌翻译。获2012年度“国际最佳翻译家奖”（评选语言英汉双语）。“中国当代诗歌奖”（2013—2014）翻译奖（评选语言英汉双语）。获2018年 PENTASI B 世界精神诗人奖和世界杰出诗人奖（评选语言英语）。翻译出版英译诗歌集六部：《花动摇》、《藏香》、《生之瞭望》、《异调》、《胴体向前》、《白娘子诗传》。英语诗歌原创集，“苏菲英语十四行诗”《晚香玉》，仅仅8首诗，电子书在美国亚马逊英语图书网出版。

Translator Sophy Chen
Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, born in Lueyang, Hanzhong, Shannxi Provinve, China, is the Chinese contemporary poetess, translator, and American English “Legendary Poet”. She is the founder of “Sophy Poetry & Translation Website”, “Sophy Poetry & Translation” International Magazine and “Sophy International Translation Publishing House” and the founder and leading lecturer of “Sophy English Forum”. She graduated from English Institute of Xian Foreign Studies University in English Literature. She began to write Chinese poetry in 1989 and English poetry in 2004, and she began to translate Chinese Poetry into English poetry and English poetry into Chinese poetry in 2005. She won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012(C-E)and the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award(C-E). PENTASI B WORLD INSPIRATIONAL POET 2018 and World Featured Poet 2018(E-E). She translated and published six Chinese poetry collections into English, The Flower Swaying (2014) , The Tibetan Incense(2014), The Outlook of Life (2014), The Different Tunes (2014), The Body Forward (2015), and A Poetry Biography for White Snake (2015), etc. Her English original poetry collection, Sophy English Sonnets, Tuberose, only 8 poems, published in Amazon in E-book.

花径

这是一个开满鲜花的早晨，还是没人惊扰的午后？仿佛遗忘在漫长记忆里的每一个感动的瞬间，凑到一块同时盛开。果真能如此，我宁愿命运比这小径更坎坷不平。
透过繁花想那土里被压抑的根，一定鼓满了绽放的想法，每一朵花开，都是一个愿望的表达，那么尽情，那么彻底！所有草根的愿望都勇敢地站在山坡上。
根须的柔嫩是以什么样的力量，对抗泥土的坚固呢？一如思想的根怎样楔进人性的顽劣。
我仿佛能听到这繁花似锦的地下，那些顽强的根须正破土前行的喘息声。最终，每一条根以弯曲的宽容与缠绵的坚持征服了泥土。倘若根死了，思想停止，泥土便只是泥土了。
所以，不敢沉迷于这惊艳的瞬间，我更揪心这条路的来历，一条承载着私欲或者梦想的通道。这条路原本是另外一些鲜花的魂归处，还有那些曾经日夜延伸的思想的尸骨。
为什么越是卑微，就越懂得安静？安静地开花，从容地凋零，无奈地被踩踏，就连小小的蝴蝶也这样无声地飞过。
来一场雨吧，看看这小路上还有没有不死的草根。

水洼

平凡。用这个词形容一个巴掌大的水洼，已经奢侈。
谁会在意一个水洼的存在与消逝？即使它也想流淌，也想迎风起浪。
蜻蜓点了一下水，连句谢谢都没有就飞走了。卡车疾驰而过，泥水飞溅，只能自己默默愈合，向着内心艰难回流。
沉淀，澄清，冷静。天空明亮，水洼闪着耀眼的光，衬得那些昏暗的角落更加黑暗。
等待死亡。等着大地把自己当成一滴亮晶晶的泪随手拭去。
从天而降，再被天收回。
孤独。眼睁睁地看着蓝天白云，看着自己一圈圈缩小，亮晶晶地干涸，亮晶晶地走向死亡，直至凝成一颗刺目的星。
命运，这个话题太大。身世，大海是难回的故乡。来一场拯救自己的暴风雨吗？绝不！那些河沟太脏。
走了。还给这世间一层尘土。

Flower Path

Is this a morning full of flowers, or an afternoon not disturbed by some one? As if every moving moment forgotten in the long memory, just gets together and blooms. If this is true, I would my fate rather rough and bumpy than this path.
Through the flowers, I think the roots that have been suppressed in the soil must be filled with blooming ideas. Every blooming flower is an expression of desire, so enjoyable, so thorough! All the wishes of grassroots are bravely standing on the hillside.
What kind of strength is the tender roots against the solidity of the soil? Just as how the root of thought is wedged into the inferiority of human nature.
I seem to be able to hear the stubborn roots’ breathing which are breaking the ground from the flowery underground. In the end, each root conquered the earth with a curved tolerance and lingering persistence. If the roots died and the mind stopped, the soil is just mud.
Therefore, I dare not indulge in this amazing moment, and I am more worried about the origin of this road, a channel carrying a lust or dream. This road was originally the soul of some other flowers, as well as the bones of thoughts that once extended day and night.
Why is the more humbler, the more you know how to be quiet? Quietly flowering, calmly withered, And helplessly stepped on, even the little butterfly flies over silently.
Let’s have a rain and see if there are any undead grass roots on this road.

Puddles of Water

Ordinary. It is already extravagant to use this adjective with a puddles of water.
Who will care about the existence and disappearance of a puddles of water? Even if it wants to flow, and wants to wind up the waves.
Dragonfly took a bit of water, and flied away without a word of thanks to it. The truck rushed past, with the mud splashing, and it was only able to heal itself silently, and it was difficult to flow back to the heart.
It precipitates, clarifies, and calms. The sky is bright, and puddles of water, shining with dazzling light, makes the dark corners more darker.
It is waiting for death, waiting for the earth to wipe itself as a drop of sparkling tears.
It falls from the sky, and then it is taken back by the sky.
Loneliness. Look at the blue sky and white clouds, look at itself shrinking in a circle, sparkling to dry, and shining to death, until it becomes a star.
Destiny, this topic is too big. In life experience, the sea has been a hard place to return. Have a storm to save itself? No way! Those rivers are too dirty.
It has gone. But just leave this world a layer of dust.

About the Author
Wang Honglei (pen name, Fleeting Time ), male, was born in July 1969, in Gaoqing, Shandong, China. He is the Deputy Secretary-General of Henan Provincial Prose Poetry Society, deputy editor of “Zhongyuan Prose Poetry” Magazine, Director of Chinese Prose Poetry Association, member of Chinese Petrochemical Association, and member of Chinese Prose Literature Association. His works are published in newspapers and magazines at home and abroad, he won the Gold Award of the 9th “Writer” Cup of the National Literary and Art, and he wrote a collection of prose poems “Live Like Music”.

The Bird Nest

By climbing the train’s window, she is taking a picture of the scenery outside
The faster the train goes, the more the scenery is swept to the wilderness
What flashed in front of the camera, is that she often can not grasp
For example, as a tall poplar tree by a tall poplar tree is leaping to the windows
It speeds up her heartbeat, but not hit her mind
This appears to be a competitive game by an eye and a hand with the time and the space
Generally, as the bird nest just appears in an illusion in the most distant horizon
She has inadvertently slacked it, to be
A curve flying from the front corner of the window to the back corner of the window
If at this time, just a bird chasing the train
As an angel flying with wind, soared to the skies in dance
She would luckily capture a moment of its tripping dance
Well its more beautiful moment, has disappeared in the endless vast

《鸟窝》

大藏

她攀着火车车窗拍摄窗外的风景
火车越快，越多景物被卷至荒野
摄像头前闪过的，往往是她不能把握的
比如一棵棵高大的白杨树跃窗而来
加速她的心跳，未必击中她的心胸
这看来是一个眼和手与时间和空间竞赛的游戏
一般情况是，鸟窝刚在视野最远处幻现
她已不经意懈怠了它，化为一条
从车窗前角飞到后角的曲线
如果此时，恰有一只鸟儿追逐火车
像一个御风而行的天使，凌空起舞
她侥幸抓拍到其中一瞬间的翩跹
更多美的瞬间，已消逝在无尽的苍茫中

作于2014年1月15日，春节期间浙江到西安的火车上

大藏简介
大藏，本名陈建荣，70后，生于浙江金华。中国当代诗人、诗评者、诗传播者。致力于中国诗歌的创新性写作、诗歌理论批评与中外诗歌的国际化传播。1989年接触文学诗歌。1993年开始诗歌创作。2013年涉足诗歌批评。诗作收入多种年度诗歌选本，作品散见于各级报刊杂志、诗歌门户、网刊、博客、大藏诗歌网等。诗歌评论发表于《文化月刊》、《特区文学》等期刊杂志。荣获多个诗歌奖项：2017年被评为“‘中国新诗百年’全球华语诗人诗作评选新诗百年百位最具潜力诗人”。现为“苏菲诗歌&翻译“（英汉双语）国际期刊副主编，“苏菲诗歌&国际翻译网”中文编辑、首席驻站诗人，“大藏诗歌网”及“大藏诗歌论坛”创办人。现居广州。

About Dazang
Dazang was born in Jinhua, Zhejiang province of China, in 1970s, who is a Chinese contemporary poet, poetry reviewer and poetry communicator. He is committed to write Chinese poetry, and poetry reviews and spread poetry internationally. He started to write works in 1989, poems in 1993 and poetry critics in 2013. His poems were published in various newspapers, magazines and annual anthologies and some poetry websites, Sina Blog, and his own poetry website, Dazang Poetry website. His poetry reviews were published in “Cultural Monthly” and “Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Literature”, etc. He is awarded many poetry prizes, such as “The Most Valuable Poet of 100 Years in Chinese New Poetry” by Global Chinese Poets Selection of “One Hundred Years of Chinese New Poetry”. He is the associate editor of the International Journal of “Sophy Poetry & Translation” (E-C), the editor of “Poetry & International Translation Website”, the Chief Website Poet of “Sophy Poetry & International Translation Website”, and the founder of “Dazang Poetry Website” and “ Dazang Poetry Forum”. Now he lives in Guangzhou.

Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, born in Lueyang, Hanzhong, Shannxi Provinve, China, is the Chinese contemporary poetess, translator, and American English “Legendary Poet”. She is the founder of “Sophy Poetry & Translation Website”, “Sophy Poetry & Translation” International Magazine and “Sophy International Translation Publishing House” and the founder and leading lecturer of “Sophy English Forum”. She graduated from English Institute of Xian Foreign Studies University in English Literature. She began to write Chinese poetry in 1989 and English poetry in 2004, and she began to translate Chinese Poetry into English poetry and English poetry into Chinese poetry in 2005. She won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012(C-E)and the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award(C-E). PENTASI B WORLD INSPIRATIONAL POET 2018 and World Featured Poet 2018(E-E). She translated and published six Chinese poetry collections into English, The Flower Swaying (2014) , The Tibetan Incense(2014), The Outlook of Life (2014), The Different Tunes (2014), The Body Forward (2015), and A Poetry Biography for White Snake (2015), etc. Her English original poetry collection, Sophy English Sonnets, Tuberose, only 8 poems, published in Amazon in E-book.

I was a bit embarrassing to read English poems to such many English-speaking poets for the first time, but I got used to it quickly.
There is a big difference between foreign poets and poets of mainland China on poetry activities. The participating poets have a strong sense of participation and interaction, and every poet present and even readers have the opportunity to read poems on the stage. Moreover, they do not use PPT and music, which totally showed the poet’s own poetry reading charm. Most poets read their poems in their native language and English. I am no exception. I read two poems, one“yes i come to you” by DOC PENPEN and one“Tuberose”,an English sonnet by me.
Due to the limited production speed of video, I will first show my reading clip to you! I wish you can continue to encourage me to read, write and translate poems.

第一次面对这么多说英语国家诗人读英语诗，一开始真有点难为情，不过很快就适应了呀！
老外搞诗歌活动和大陆有很大不同，与会诗人参与感和互动性很强，在场的每位诗人甚至是读者都有机会上台读诗。而且他们不用PPT和配乐，彻底展现了诗人自己读诗的魅力。大多数诗人都用自己的母语和英语读了自己的诗。我也不例外，我读了2首诗，一首是朋朋博士的诗yes i come to you “是的，我来了”，一首是我自己的英语十四行诗Tuberose“晚香玉”。
由于视频制作有个过程，先将我的读诗片段给大家看看呀！希望大家继续鼓励支持我读诗，写诗，翻译诗呀！

也看不见漫野山花
心会歌唱
心会开花

一切终会烟消云散

妈妈

一直不曾想过
妈妈有一天也会戴上老花镜
就像童话书里经常出现的
慈详的老奶奶
而那个扎麻花辫的妈妈
只留在了相册里
我那无所不能的妈妈
也将老去

而我仍想听您
一遍遍地问
喜欢吃啥？

这样抱着就好

这样抱着就好
不要天荒地老
每一个清晨
我们在微风中穿过
阳光给我们带路

我们看到彼此
每一眼都真心实意
真的不需要太多

天已经很蓝
寂寞越来越远
那些繁华我不必分辨

Stopped the steps
The heart is going further
When we can’t hear the song of bird
And can’t see the wild flowers full of mountains either
Our heart will sing
Our heart will bloom

Everything will eventually vanish
Love and be loved
I am willing to come back
Over and over again

Mom

I have never thought about it
Mom will wear reading glasses one day
Like kind grandmother
The fairy tale books that often appears
And the mother who is tied with braided hair
Only stays in the album
My omnipotent mom
Will also got old

And I still want to hear from you
Asking over and over again
What do you like to eat ?

Just Hold Like This Is Ok

Just hold like this is ok
Don’t say you love me forever
In every morning
We pass through in the breeze
Sunlight leads us

We see each other
Every glance is sincere
Really don’t need too much
Just hold like this is ok

The sky is already very blue
Loneliness is getting farther and farther
Those prosperous, I don’t have to recognize

She is the founder of “Sophy Poetry & Translation Website”, “Sophy Poetry & Translation” International Magazine and “Sophy International Translation Publishing House” and the founder and leading lecturer of “Sophy English Forum”. She graduated from English Institute of Xian Foreign Studies University in English Literature. She began to write Chinese poetry in 1989 and English poetry in 2004, and she began to translate Chinese Poetry into English poetry and English poetry into Chinese poetry in 2005. She won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012(C-E)and the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award(C-E). PENTASI B WORLD INSPIRATIONAL POET 2018 and World Featured Poet 2018(E-E). She translated and published six Chinese poetry collections into English, The Flower Swaying (2014) , The Tibetan Incense(2014), The Outlook of Life (2014), The Different Tunes (2014), The Body Forward (2015), and A Poetry Biography for White Snake (2015), etc. Her English original poetry collection, Sophy English Sonnets, Tuberose, only 8 poems, published in Amazon in E-book.
