...After your appointment I will publicly ask poets to send me their master pieces more than 10 poems and then I read their poems in Chinese at first and choose good poets and good poems out and I will tell them publicly if they want to get this award they must give me the permission and payment for their poems translated by me, Sophy Chen, so if someone will not agree with me, he or she can not be shown in the public vote for the first public vote....[sic]"

The PENTASI B Historical Forum in 2013, spearheaded by The National Library of Philippines,
held at the National Museum of The Philippines, composed of international panel of Doctors in Arts and in Literature, Poets Laureates, Published Authors, Professors, visual artists, and students had steered to unearth the mysteries behind his magnum opus, convened, adjudged and re-affirmed Doc Penpen as The Father of Visual Poetry.

HIS MAGNUM OPUS:
Creator of PENTASI B Poetry, 3-Volume Collector's Edition Book, published
at the National Library of The Philippines, 2011;
The PENTASI B, 3-Volume, Collectors Edition, auctioned at USD 30,000
(USD 10,000 per volume) in California, USA in 2012, and all of the proceeds
were donated to the poverty-stricken Filipino students;

苏菲（Sophy Chen），本名陈丽华，中国当代女诗人、翻译家。出生于陕西汉中略阳县；毕业于西安外国语大学英文学院。美国英语“传奇诗人”。 “苏菲诗歌&翻译网”、“苏菲诗歌&翻译”(英汉双语）国际杂志社、“苏菲国际翻译出版社”创建人。“苏菲英语讲坛”创办者兼主讲人。 1989年，开始汉语诗歌写作、2004年开始英语诗歌写作、2005年开始英汉双语诗歌翻译。获2012年度“国际最佳翻译家奖”（评选语言英汉双语）。“中国当代诗歌奖”（2013—2014）翻译奖（评选语言英汉双语）。获2018年 PENTASI B 世界杰出诗人提名奖（评选语言英语）。翻译出版英译诗歌集六部：《花动摇》、《藏香》、《生之瞭望》、《异调》、《胴体向前》、《白娘子诗传》。英语诗歌原创集，“苏菲英语十四行诗”《晚香玉》，仅仅8首诗，电子书在美国亚马逊英语图书网出版。

About Translator Sophy Chen

Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, born in Lueyang, Hanzhong, Shannxi Provinve, China, is the Chinese contemporary poetess, translator, and American English “Legendary Poet”. She is the founder of “Sophy Poetry & Translation Website”, “Sophy Poetry & Translation” International Magazine and “Sophy International Translation Publishing House” and the founder and leading lecturer of “Sophy English Forum”. She graduated from English Institute of Xian Foreign Studies University in English Literature. She began to write Chinese poetry in 1989 and English poetry in 2004, and she began to translate Chinese Poetry into English poetry and English poetry into Chinese poetry in 2005. She won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012(C-E)and the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award(C-E). PENTASI B World Featured Poet 2018(E-E) She translated and published six Chinese poetry collections into English, The Flower Swaying (2014) , The Tibetan Incense(2014), The Outlook of Life (2014), The Different Tunes (2014), The Body Forward (2015), and A Poetry Biography for White Snake (2015), etc. Her English original poetry collection, Sophy English Sonnets, Tuberose, only 8 poems, published in Amazon in E-book.

It was described as the impossible event made possible in the mystical land of India where 42 international poet-delegates from various countries in the world and 120 poet-delegates representing more than 100 poetry organizations from the host country trooped to Hotel Sitara in Ramoji Film City for a five-day international poetry conference festivities.

Dubbed India World Poetree Festival 2017, the conference focused on love, peace, human values and global brotherhood of all nations.

All international and local delegates were billeted in the luxury Hotel Sitara during the entire event where they partook in the wealth of poetry, arts, ideas, camaraderie and cultures.
he moving spirit behind the series of global, mega poetry event that started in 2012 was the Pentasi B World Friendship Poetry, a non-profit organization, founded and created by Dr. PenPen Bugtong Takipsilim (Epitacio R. Tongohan, MD, in real life).

Dr. PenPen has captured the hearts and minds of Indian leaders, poets, artists and academes worldwide. His irrefutable world achievements include: awarded as Father of Visual Poetry in British Columbia, Canada in 2012; honored as a Visionary Poet in Vancouver, Canada in 2012; acclaimed as the Father of Philippine Visual Poetry at Otusa Foundation in Los Angeles, California, USA in 2012; dissertated, adjudged and re-affirmed as the Father of Visual Poetry, spearheaded by the National Library of the Philippines at the Marble Hall of the National Museum in 2013; recognized as Gorsel Siir Babasi (Father of Visual Poetry) in Turkey in 2014; acknowledged and revered as Il Padre Della Poesia Visuale (Father of Visual Poetry] at the University of Bari, Italy in 2016; and conferred as Anyuinsem Agya (Father of Visual Poetry] at Dubois Center in Accra, Ghana, Africa in 2016.

Furthermore, the Pentasi B Book Collector’s Edition he authored found its new home at The National Library of India on October 1, 2017. The book was formally delivered by Dr. PenPen himself through the Hon. Prime Minister Narendra Damodardas Modi.

Another set of the book was sold in an auction in Los Angeles, California on July 22, 2012 with price point of $10,000 per volume, a total value of $30,000 for the entire set. Proceeds were donated as scholarship fund for underprivileged Filipino students.

His two remaining sets are also up for auctioning to finance the Pentasi B Global Vision – No Colors, No Races, All Colors, All Races, All Loves Embraces, and its Noble Mission – To Inspire, To Heal, To Awaken for the Betterment and Survival of Humanity as a Whole.

The genius and heart behind the festival

This momentous occasion in India which espouses World Peace, Love and Brotherhood amongst Nations would have not succeeded sans the untiring efforts of Dr. Lanka Siva Rama Prasad — the host and organizer of this historic mega event.

Dr. Prasad is a poet laureate, humanitarian poet, literary genius, scholar, indefatigable literary translator, critic, editor, novelist, a cardiothoracic and vascular surgeon, orator par excellence, film-maker, painter, cartoonist and philanthropist all rolled into one. A recipient of Lifetime Achievement Award among numerous international honors and recognition he had received for various literary, artistic and humanitarian feats, Dr. Prasad also has 120 books of poetry and essays under his name.

His linguistic flair, scholarship and mastery of Telugu, a classical language in India currently spoken by 100 million people, and of the English language, paved the way for his translations of numerous classics and contemporary masterpieces in English into Telugu and vice versa.

Dr. Prasad is the founder of Srijana Writers’ Corner, which serves as a platform for helping writers, poets, and artists and the founder of Warangal AIDS Voluntary Educational Society (WAVES) that helps many AIDS victims. More so, as a founding director of Prasanthi Hospital-Warangal-Andra Pradesh, he is well known among the poor and the middle-class for his selfless service.

The India World Poetree Festival Awarding Ceremony was officiated, graced and blessed by His Excellency, the Hon. Narendra Damodardas Modi, Prime Minister of India.

The award-giving body was composed of: De. Lanka Siva Rama Prasad, founder and chairman of Warangal Writers’ Corner International; Prof. Raamaa Chandra Mouli, Program Director and Coordinator; Potlapalli Srinivasa Rao, M.Sc., MJF, Program Secretary and Coordinator; B. S. Ramulu, an Academy Chairman, a poet, a writer, and a dramatist; Hon. Vishnu Pandya, Chairman of the Gujarat Sahitya Akademi; and Narasinga Rao, a multi-awarded Telugu film director.

Forty-two top caliber international delegates and one hundred twenty renowned, respected Indian poets, writers, and artists had participated, attested, and witnessed the said event.

Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, born in Lueyang, Hanzhong, Shannxi Provinve, China, is the Chinese contemporary poetess, translator, and American English “Legendary Poet”. She is the founder of “Sophy Poetry & Translation Website”, “Sophy Poetry & Translation” International Magazine and “Sophy International Translation Publishing House” and the founder and leading lecturer of “Sophy English Forum”. She graduated from English Institute of Xian Foreign Studies University in English Literature. She began to write Chinese poetry in 1989 and English poetry in 2004, and she began to translate Chinese Poetry into English poetry and English poetry into Chinese poetry in 2005. She won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012(C-E)and the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award(C-E). THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA HONORS A FILIPINO

Ghana, gateway to Africa, and its capital Accra hold unforgettable memories to several poets from different parts of the world, memories that will linger and echo in the various corners of the earth, scattering seeds of peace, that elusive peace, that can only be obtained in a unified and harmonious human relationship.
Believing that poetry and arts can make a big difference in unifying nations and attaining peace and brotherhood among men, a medical doctor, whose passion is more of poetry than medicine, ventured in the poetry realm.
Armed with strong determination to give his best to change ordinary things into extraordinary, monotony into challenging unique ideas, impossible into possibilities, simplicity into complexity, he proceeded to search for every color of the rainbow, for aliens in the atmosphere, delved into deep blue seas, soared up high in the skies, glided along the horizons, sailed across the ocean, climbed the highest peaks, and out into the universe and landed with a very precious masterpiece, a three volume book of poetry, the PENTASI B. It’s a marvelous creation of a master of his arts, an out-of-the-box blending of poetry, painting, music, and prose, defying the academe, daring minds to unfold its mysteries.
One every unique feature of PENTASI B is its protruding surface which when scrutinized by another Filipino poet, Franco Sangreo, turned out into provisions for “Braille”, the key for the blind to be able to read his poetry.
Lacking support from anybody but himself and exclusive friends, he bravely reached out for his dream to publish his brainchild. PENTASI B was published in 2011 after surpassing several difficulties and thus, he began to reap the fruits of his labor.
In May 25, 2012 he was awarded as Father of Visual Poetry by the World Poetry Canada and International headed by Adriane Sawyer given in Richmond, Canada. And on the same year, he was awarded as Father of Philippine Visual Poetry by OTUSA.TV at Los Angeles, California, USA.
It was then that his book of three volumes which was auctioned in California at 10,000 USD per volume and was won by M. Global Solutions. Generous at heart, from its proceeds, he donated it to OTUSA Foundation for fostering education of poor but talented students in the Philippines.
The ever enthusiastic poet did not rest on his laurels. His indomitable spirit led him to harness notable poets of different nations in the name of love and friendship. With his motto “no colors, no races, all colors all races, all loves embraces”, he befriended the cream of world poets who willingly responded to PENTASI B’s daring call “to inspire, to heal, to awaken”. The Pentasians went global and membership, though strictly screened for quality, continuously increased under the umbrella of PENTASI B World Friendship Poetry.
In the year 2014, the author of the world famed PENTASI B was honored and awarded in Istanbul as Görsel Şiir Babası by the Turkish people through KIBATEK, a prestigious Turkish organization composed of the world’s talented and gifted literary writers and artist. In the same year, he was acclaimed in his home town, Tanay, Rizal, Philippines as Natatanging Anak ng Tanay (Illustrious Son of Tanay) in the field of Literature.
The year 2016 marked big leaps on his poetic journey. On invitation of the Pablo Neruda Cultural Association, in partnership with the international Literary Kibatek Festival 39th Edition which was held at Taranto, Italy, this Filipino poet was honored and acknowledged as “IL PADRE DELLA POESIA VISUALE“ on February 2016. It was on this occasion that the audience was set into a loud and long lasting burst of applause when he rendered his poetic piece in the Italian language with his booming voice and captivating style in reciting his poem. Where the other poets read their poems, the poet from the Philippines rendered his piece holding nothing and in the Italian language which earned him the respect and awe of the famous circle of poets that formed the audience.
On May 2016, the Republic of Ghana, in the African Continent, hosted poets, writers, and artist to celebrate the PENTASI B Festival of Poetry, Culture and the Creative Arts. On May 17, the delegates began to arrive in Accra all the way from Egypt, Canada, Puerto Rico, USA, India, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, and the Philippines.
Organized and hosted by the great African poet-musician, Benjamin Nii Oku, with the cooperation of his Ghanaian Team, he remarked: “This global celebration is the first of its kind in the soil of Africa and will impact the need for peace and will balance the poetry equation in Ghana.” The theme of the week-long event is SUSTENANCE OF OUR PEACE, THE ROLE OF THE ARTS.
The delegates guided by the hosts, Nii Oku and the Ghanaian Team, paid courtesy calls to the sector Ministry and visited selected palaces and media houses. There were story telling sessions at Osekan Beach in Accra, poetry engagements with students, and visits to tourist sites. The delegates were also interviewed on TV Africa including the Father of Visual Poetry and the host/organizer. The interviewers were renowned radio and TV personalities like Johnny Hughes, Naa Asaase, Nii Aye Solomon, and many others.
The main event was held on May 21, 2016. The unique celebration featured splendid poetry performances, rhythms and verses, cultural presentation of music and dances, and a colorful exhibition of Ghanaian products.
During the cultural presentation, talented Ghanaians remarkably and passionately performed jolting the beauteous Luz Maria Lopez, the delegate from Puerto Rico, to dance gracefully to the rhythm of African drums. The organizer/host of the event, the poet-musician Benjamin Nii Oku, played the flute to the delight of the audience.
Then came the much awaited awarding moment. A magnificent trophy symbolizing PENTASI B, made in African wood, designed by non-other than the master of his arts himself, Doc Penpen, and made in Africa by respected Africans artists, was individually and gloriously received by each delegates: George Onsy (Egypt), Ibrahim Honjo (Canada), Luz Maria Lopez (Puerto Rico), Muhammad Shanazar (Pakistan), Rajendra Padhi (India), Dr. Armeli Quezon (USA-Philippines), Santosh Bakaya (India), Monsif Beroual (Morocco), Kolade Olanrewaju Freedom (Nigeria), and Timileyin Gabriel Olajuwon (Nigeria).
Not only the delegates were recognized, but also deserving multi-talented Ghanaians received the coveted title in appreciation of their full support for the success of every activity during the affair. The lucky Ghanaian awardees were Benjamin Nii Oku, Johnnie Beresford Hughes, Oswald d’ Atl Entertainer, Gamel Sankarl, Nene Tetteh Adusu, Prof. Lade Wosornu, and Hon. Abdul Rashid Pelpuo. Special citations were also extended to Melody Ramos Cortez, Lilian Dipasupil Kunimasa, Ernest Simon Ashie, Eugenia Atakora, Thomas Duku, Michael Blankson, and Joseph Pobee, who with or without their presence at Ghana continuously support and monitor the day to day activity of the world poets poetry festival.
Utmost gratitude filled the hearts of each awardee for the precious award “PENTASI B UNIVERSAL INSPIRATIONAL POET 2016” they received for they were signed not by local artists or officials, but by the highest officials, respected authorities of the Republic of Ghana and by Doc Penpen Bugtong Takipsilim, Father of Visual Poetry and Creator and Founder of PENTASI B.
The foremost awardee, the star among the stars, the strong, determined man who knows no obstacle to fulfill his dreams, the one and only Father of Visual Poetry, today, in the whole seven billion population of the world was honored by the Republic of Ghana with a big title, “ANYUINSEM AGYA” (Father of Visual Poetry). The name that is now reverberating in the world is Dr. Epitacio R. Tongohan, known in the poetry world as Doc Penpen Bugtong Takipsilim. His beautifully framed certificate of recognition was signed by the highest officials of the Republic of Ghana: Hon. Abdul Rashid Pelpuo, a State Minister at the Office of the President, Republic of Ghana; Numo Akwaa III, Nae Wulomo, a Highest Priest of GA State, Republic of Ghana; Hon Nii Lentey Vanderpuye, a Minister of Youth and Sports, Republic of Ghana; and by the great host, organizer, musician/poet, Benjamin Nii Tetteh Oku.
Doc Penpen’s name has become a legend and his noble goal for humanity through his poetry and arts will last till the end of time. Proud that he’s a Tanayan, a Rizaleño, and a Filipino! His obsessive dream for a real and true Humane World shall make Philippines as the “Poetry Heart of the World” is now becoming a reality.
Doc Penpen now shines as the brightest glittering gem — our Philippine’s national treasure.

做到极致才能成为艺术。“苏菲诗歌&翻译网”系列网站是由诗人大藏亲手设计制作的。从2014年10月创办最初的老汉语版使用易通程序建立开始，到2016年使用全球通用wordpress程序，建立纯英文版和汉英对照版，乃至建立苏菲英语官方网站“苏菲英语讲坛”，这样更复杂的网站至今。所有网站的每一次更新，大藏都做了大量而繁琐的工作。大藏是网络程序语言的自学者，他通过网络学习和借鉴网站源代码学到了这一切，其探索精神和勇气与苏菲系列官方网站的完善息息相关。

旧版本汉语网站就不多介绍了，现在介绍一下最近一次网站更新的情况。从2018年3月初开始，英文网和汉英对照网经过系统、全面的主题优化，首页更加简洁大气，也更加国际化（虽然离国际诗歌门户差距还很远），主题更新的主旨在于增进访问者的阅览体验、增强推介信息实用性和整体版面的简洁大方。

1、分享按钮和工具（Share Buttons and Tools）

1.1 电脑版引入国外ShareThis 分享工具条（内附facebook、twitter、pinterest、googleplus、linkedin等国外常用网络社区按钮及新浪weibo、腾讯weixin国内分享按钮），置左侧贴边（说明：该分享条国内访问有时不显示，也做到了对国内用户一定的隐藏作用）；

1.2 屏幕为普通电脑1280px宽度以下时，将ShareThis 分享侧边条换成sharethis单分享按钮，置于顶部图片（header image）上（此按钮国内外用户均可使用）；

1.3 平板屏幕宽度时，将sharethis单分享按钮移至顶部左侧；

1.4 平板和手机版，将sharethis单分享按钮移至logo和主导航按钮之间；

1.5 整站安装百度分享程序，以便进行文字分享、图片分享和划词分享；顶部在四个follow导航按钮旁放置百度分享单按钮，以便整站手机和电脑分享网页、图片；

1.6 文章页面（single post）,文章标题下和内文之后各放置百度分享按钮工具条；

1.7 通过主题小工具自定义html代码的形式，增加jiathis分享工具条置于侧边栏（除文章页侧边栏），便于电脑和平板分享首页、栏目页、搜索页和单page。

2、导航条部分：

2.1主导航条（Main navigation）

2.1.1导航条的整体高度随着屏幕宽度变化，与主logo的缩放高度相协调；

2.1.2 纯英文站导航条的英文字体，选择更大气而有个性化的字体；

2.2 顶部右侧导航条

2.2.1纯英文网，添加QQ一键联系按钮和汉英对照网C-E链接按钮（及百度分享单按钮）（示意图如上）；

2.1.2 汉英对照站，添加QQ一键联系按钮、英文版、简体、繁体一键切换三按钮（及百度分享单按钮）；手机窄屏版时隐藏QQ按钮（示意图如上）；

3、客服系统：

3.1 屏幕宽度<1366px，>960px时，原电脑版右下侧的客服联系菜单按钮条，置换成小的客服联系按钮条，上移到顶部图片右侧（示意图如上）；

3.2平板电脑屏幕宽度<960px时，置换成五个按钮水平排列于logo于主导航按钮之间，成为客服系统导航的一部分（示意图如上）；

3.3 手机（及窄屏平板）版在2017年大概6月份安装上了底部菜单导航，现在英文版加了“C-E”分菜单，汉英对照网加了“英文版”分菜单，并分别增加了E-mail分菜单。

3.4 更改原QQ咨询弹出对话框的形式，变原来的横图为竖图；

4、首页flash图片

首页将原全屏大图flash程序调整安装到首页左侧content部分，设置标题2行以内，显示发表日期、栏目名、阅览数；到手机版小屏幕时，则只显示flash内容的日期和阅览数；

5、点赞和评论按钮：

5.1 安装文章点赞程序，全站文章适合；

5.2文章页内容（content）后设置点赞红色色块（“赞”+点赞数，或“like”+点赞数）

5.3所有页面中的文章列表均设计了发表日期、阅览数显示和点赞按钮、评论按钮，点击灰色心形图标和点赞数，可增加点赞数1次，点击评论按钮或评论数，直接切换到该文章评论框；

5.4 侧边栏中的文章插件，通过整体css的设置，同样具有发表日期、阅览数显示和点赞按钮、评论按钮，其中“最新评论”右侧文章导航，点最右侧按钮可直接进入文章评论框。

6、字符数、行数、行距和字号大小：

6.1 设置可自定义标题字符数，目前所有标题最长容纳长达120字符（60个汉字）甚至可更长，适应中英文混排和长纯英文标题；

6.2 自适应电脑、平板手机设备的不同宽度，对各小工具装置（widget）内的段落文字进行标题字数、字号、行距和行数的限制，使首页各段块图文不论屏幕宽度如何均显示完美。这部分设置是本次更新核心部分，花费了大量的时间；

6.3 侧边栏中的文章插件，通过整体css的设置，与非插件的文字显示相统一；

7、系统插件安装：

7.1 右侧栏增加最新文章、最新评论、热门文章、标签云的导航插件（系统主题功能调用）（如上图）

7.2 右侧栏增加“苏菲最近翻译的诗人”图片墙（系统主题功能调用）

8、赞赏支付

8.1 文章页面content后设置了微信、支付宝二维码与文字组合，扫码可赞赏；

8.2 手机版中除文章页以外，其它页面在底部版权信息之前放置了微信、支付宝二维码与文字组合，扫码可赞赏（示意图片看“点赞”部分）；

9、广告和logo植入：

9.1 文章（Single-Post）和单页面（Single-page），用纯代码植入了苏菲英语讲坛网站关键词百度搜索插件，很好地利用百度搜索与关键词关联推广了英语讲坛网站（这是以前做的，非本次更新）；

9.2 全站顶部苏菲英语讲坛大幅背景图片插入（系统功能，以前就有）；

9.3首页、文章页、单页面中，插入了宽幅与相关页面内容等宽的苏菲英语（及诗歌翻译）的广告图片；

9.3 侧边栏中插入了与侧边等宽的苏菲英语（及诗歌翻译）的广告图片（以前就有）；

9.4 百度分享和jiathis分享中，设置了默认分享的Logo缩略图。

9.5 网站底部，沿用原苏菲英语图片广告展示方式，增加苏菲英语讲坛实录视频链接图片；

To do your best to become an art. "Sophy Poetry & International Translation Websites" are designed and produced by poet Dazang. From the beginning of its initial old Chinese version in October 2014, was established by e-Trust program, to a plain English version and a Chinese-English comparative version were established by the global Word Press program in 2016

and even to Sophy English official website, the Sophy English Forum more complicated website so far till now. To its every time update, Da Zang has done a lot of hard and tedious work. He self-studies network programming language on online or from the source code of the website. His exploration spirit and courage are closely related to the improvement of the official websites of Sophy Chen.

The old version of the Chinese website will not be introduced. Now let's introduce the latest website update. From the beginning of March 2018, the English website and the Chinese-English website have been systematically and comprehensively optimized. The homepage is more concise and more international (although far from the international poetry portal), and the main theme of the theme update is to enhance reader's reading experience, availability of referral information, and simplicity of the board.

1. Share Buttons and Tools

1.1 The computer version introduces the foreign Share. This sharing tool bar (with facebook, twitter, pinterest, googleplus, linkedin and other commonly used online community buttons and Sina Weibo, Tencent Weixin domestic sharing button), on the left side of the edge (Note: The article share for domestic visits sometimes not displayed, so hidden for domestic users);

1.2 When the screen of normal computer is less than 1280px width, just replace the ShareThis sharing sidebar with the sharethis single sharing button and place it on the header image (this button can be used by users at home and abroad);

1.3 When the screen width as Tablet, just move the sharethis button to the top left;

1.4 Tablet and mobile version, just move sharethis single share button between logo and main navigation button;

1.5 Install Baidu sharing program on the whole website for text sharing, picture sharing, and word sharing; put Baidu share button on the top of the four follow navigation buttons to share web pages and pictures on mobile phones and computers;

1.6 Article post (single post), put Baidu share button toolbar under article title and after content;

1.7 Add the jiathis sharing tool bar to the sidebar (except for the article page sidebar) by using the theme widget to customize the html code. This allows the computer and tablet to share the homepage, section pages, search page, and single page.

2, navigation section:

2.1 Main Navigation

2.1.1 The overall height of the navigation bar changes with the width of the screen which is coordinated with the zoom height of the main logo.

2.1.2 The English font of the navigation of the English Website is selected to be more nice and personalized;

2.2 Top Right Navigation Bar

2.2.1 English website, adds QQ one-touch contact button and Chinese-English reference C-E link button (and Baidu single share button);

2.1.2 Chinese-English website, adds QQ one-touch contact button, and three buttons of English version, Simplified, Traditional one-button switch (and Baidu single share button); mobile phone narrow screen version hides QQ button;

3, Customer Service System:

3.1 When the screen width is <1366px, >960px, the customer service contact menu button bar on the lower right side of the original computer version is replaced with a small customer contact button bar and is moved to the right of the top picture (picture); 3.2 Tablet PC screen width <960px, replaced by five buttons horizontally arranged in the logo between the main navigation buttons, as part of the customer service system navigation (picture);

3.3 The mobile phone (and narrow-screen tablet) version were installed on the bottom menu navigation about in June, 2017. Now the English version adds the “C-E” submenu, and the E-C version adds the “English” submenu, and both add E-mail submenu.

3.4 change the form of the original QQ inquiry pop-up dialog box, and the original horizontal image to a vertical image;

4, Home Flash Pictures

On home page, the full-screen image flash program adjustments was installed to the left side of the content section, the title within 2 lines, displaying the date of publication, column name, times of reading; to the mobile version of the small screen, only the flash content of the date and times of readings were displayed;

5, Likes and Comment Button:

5.1 To install article likes the program, all articles are suitable;

5.2 After post content setting, the likes, the red color block ("like" + liked times, or "like" + liked times)

5.3 The list of articles in all pages are designed with the date of publication, the times of readings , the like button, and the comment button. To click on the gray heart icon and likes, the times of likes can be increased, and to click on the comment button or the times of comments, just directly switch to the article comment box;

5.4 The article plugin in the sidebar, with the CSS settings, also can show the publish date, the times of reading, click button, and comment button. The “newest comment” is on the right of the article navigation, and clicking the rightmost button can directly enter the article comment box.

6, The Number of Characters, Lines, Line Spacing and Font Size:

6.1 Set the number of customizable headline characters. At present, all headlines can hold up to 120 characters (60 characters) and can be longer. They can adapt to English and Chinese mixed-length and long English titles.

6.2 It is responsive to the different widths of computer and tablet mobile phone devices, and to limit the number of titles, font size, line spacing, and number of lines in each widget in the widget device, so that all the graphic images of the first page of the widget are displayed regardless of the screen width. This part of the setup is the core part of this update and it takes a lot of time;

6.3 The article plugin in the sidebar is unified with the text display of non-plug-ins through the settings of the overall CSS.

7, System Plug-in Installation:

7.1 Add the latest articles, latest comments, popular articles, tag cloud navigation plugins (system theme function calls) in the right column

7.2 Add the picture wall of "Sophy Latest Translated Poets" in the right column (System theme function call)

8, Appreciate Payment

8.1 Wechat, Alipay two-dimensional code and text combination are set after the content of the article page, and the scan code can be appreciated;

8.2 In addition to the article page, other pages are placed a WeChat, Alipay QR code and text combination before the copyright information at the bottom, which can be appreciated;

9, Advertising and Logo Implantation:

9.1 On Articles (Single-Post) and Single-page (Single-page), it implants Sophy English Forum website's Keywords, and Baidu search plugin by pure code, to promote the Sophy English Forum website by Baidu search and keywords ( It was previously done, not updated this time);

中国诗歌学会2018-03-19消息，台湾诗人洛夫于3月19日凌晨3时21分在台北荣民总医院去世，享年91岁。洛夫先生是中国现代重要诗人之一，曾以长诗《漂木》获2001年诺贝尔文学奖提名。近年，洛夫先生数次参加中国诗歌学会组织的诗歌活动，并与大陆诗人就诗歌写作进行交流。《洛夫诗全集》上下卷（2013年由江苏文艺出版社出版），2015年获得由中国诗歌学会主办的首届李白诗歌奖。洛夫先生的去世，是中国诗歌界的重大损失。

刚刚给好友诗人方明先生发微信证实。因他从春节一直在洛老夫妇身边。他微信回答说：

“洛老家人及我这週都陪老師，怕感染，不敢對外公佈洛老已仙逝了[流泪]”

并说正在写：

2018年3月10日洛老因氣喘加重入院治療，時尚清醒，與師母舆我仍可對話。3月12日因病情惡化轉入加護病房，之後多沉睡，其間，醫生趁洛老醒時，指向師母及我，問是誰，洛老微弱回答: < 老妻 > < 老友 >。3月17日晚上，洛老一手握住師母，另一手握住我，長達15分鐘，之後入睡。當天香港詩人楊慧思亦得洛老同意見面，我亦播放譚五昌教授的<辦好洛夫國際詩歌獎>之承諾，洛老點頭言謝。方明

提到洛夫老师还算有缘，在深圳农夫主持的“扶正诗歌奖”上见过里面，虽说没有机会畅谈，但对洛老夫妇留下深刻印象，他现场朗读写给太太的诗《因为风的缘故》让在座的观众一度热泪盈眶。他太太独有的书香气质让人惊叹不已。为了我正在筹备的国际诗歌翻译刊物《苏菲诗歌&翻译》，10天前还央求诗人方明去请洛老做顾问，甚至是上杂志创刊号封面，再顺便约稿翻译几首洛老的诗歌刊载。没想到一转眼他老人家就仙逝了！真是世事难料呀！

现连夜翻译2首洛老的诗以哀悼他老人家, 虽然他老人家的诗歌几乎都已经被翻译成多门外语，但这里仅仅代表苏菲本人的心意。

About Translator Sophy Chen

Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, is the Chinese contemporary poetess, translator, and American English “Legendary Poet”. She is the founder of “Sophy Poetry & Translation Website”, “Sophy Poetry & Translation” Magazine and “Sophy International Translation Publishing House”. She is the founder and leading lecturer of “Sophy English Forum”. She graduated from English Institute of Xian Foreign Studies University in English Literature.
She won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012 （C-E） and the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award（C-E）. PENTASI B WORLD FEATURED POET 2018（E-E）.
She won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012 and the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award.
She translated and published six Chinese poetry collections into English, The Flower Swaying (2014) , The Tibetan Incense(2014), The Outlook of Life (2014), The Different Tunes (2014), The Body Forward (2015), and A Poetry Biography for White Snake (2015), etc.

— When a person cannot be found, you’ll find how wonderful the past life together was

In these three days, I don’t want to do anything
I only want to lie in your heatable brick bed
I don’t want to read English
In the morning
I only want to lie in your heat-able brick bed, and look at you making
Chinese pollen tea, no sugar, a cup by a cup, you drink, I drink
Putting more coal!
Mindless of the nice snowflakes outside the cave dwelling
In these three days,
I don’t want to write poems
I only want to lie in your heat-able brick bed, and look at you cooking, morning,
The sweet millet porridge for me, with a small plate of self-made pickled vegetable,
Noon, buckwheat noodles, night, mutton soup …
Putting coal again!
Mindless of thick snow and strong wind outside the cave dwelling
In these three days,
I don’t want to translate poems
I only want to lie in your heat-able brick bed, and to listen to you tell your love story
Or from time to time, I just boast out
What I have done in English language
Putting more coal again!
Mindless of the heavy snow sealed mountains and blocked the road ahead outside
In these three days,
I really don’t want to do anything
I even don’t want to teach English, open my computer,
Phone calls, and read short massages in Weibo, or Weixin
Just let the heavy snow sealed mountains and cut down anything which can touch me
One thing that I desperately want to do is to wait and look you cooking delicious food for me —
Morning, pollen tea, the millet porridge, noon, buckwheat noodles, night, mutton soup …

不想读英语

做花粉茶，不放糖，一杯，一杯，我喝，你也喝
多加点煤
窑洞外，雪花多美也不管
这三天，
我不想写诗
只想躺在你那土炕上，看着你，
做香喷喷的小米粥，外加一碟你亲手腌制的小咸菜，
中午，荞麦面节节，晚上，羊肉汤。。。。。。
再加点煤
窑洞外，雪再厚，风再大也不管
这三天，
我不想译诗
只想躺在你那土炕上，听你讲述爱情故事
或者，时不时，也自吹自擂
说说自己在英语语言里干了些什么
再多加点煤
窑洞外，大雪封山，阻断前路也不管
这三天，
实在什么也不想干
甚至不想，教授英语、开电脑、
开手机、看，微博，微信
就让大雪封山，切断一切联系
唯有一件，最想，就是，看着你，等着你，做最可口的饭菜——

Faced with Terrorism, Poetry Is Nothings’ Nothing

After being online for 24 hours, searching all of the search engines,
Trying all of the key words, in all the entangled web of the internet,
I found not the slightest trace of you.
After being online for 48 hours, like a cat on a hot tin roof,
Again and again, slaving over a steaming pan,
In order to better see you in your true colours, and to let you hear me crying,
I still found not the slightest trace of you.
After being online 72 hours, I, like a moth to a flame,
Again and again, trying to go beyond the illusory screen images
In order to show off my best dancing in front of you
And to let you see my final moment as I crash and burn.
I’ve searched the whole earth, following your clues
And from the labyrinthine depths of the internet,
I got a glimpse of your few, brief words —
Faced with terrorism, poetry is pale and powerless,
Faced with terrorism, poetry is nothing,
I’ve searched the whole universe, researching your origin and your end,
And at its extent, I got a glimpse of the original code you left behind —
Faced with terrorism, poetry is powerless’ powerlessness,

我24小时挂在网上，我更换了所有搜索引擎
所有关键词，在互联网的夹缝里
我嗅见了你的一丝气息
我48小时挂在网上，像热锅上的蚂蚁
一次次试图，漫过这热气腾腾的油锅
好看清你的真面目，好让你听见我在哭泣
我72小时挂在网上，我飞蛾扑火
一次次试图，越过那幻象中的画屏
好在你面前展现，我最完美的舞姿
好让你看得见，我坠入火海，那永恒的瞬间
我寻遍了整个地球，追寻你的蛛丝马迹

Tuberose

As I was young my mom planted some flowers
In front of our old wooden house in springs
In my memory they were peony, China rose…
But what I loved the most was the tuberose

In summer night it’s a nice time to me
You could sit in yard to listen the night birds
Singing on cliffs, insects singing in bushes
And look at the moon moving in night skies

However, while your heart was beating at pace
With insects singing and in the sudden
From nowhere floating the rays of fragrance
In the moon a bunch of tuberose blossoms

As these flowers always bloom in moon nights
Your great poem may be living in its fragrance

Mother Tongue Complex
(An Impression of the Polish Poet Adam Zagajewski)

In the International Poetry Award site
It rains cats and dogs outside
Before going up on the stage to accept his prize, he always
Straightens his clothes and sits properly with a serious look
Readers line up waiting for his signature

They are craning their necks to look at him to sign
Putting pen to paper with a line, in silence
It seems unable to see a trace of his expression changes
You can feel his
Philosopher’s unique qualities

“Nice to meet you Sir!
Could you sign ...?”
I opened the title page of the poetry anthology forward
He, bewildered, after his translator
Gave him a sign, quickly swipes
His pen to sign his name in Polish
Then, silence

In an hour-long Polish rewarding speech
He speaks earnestly, but
We look at him deaf, until into our eardrums
Finally is poured a lingua franca:
“Ladies and Gentlemen”
Beautiful tone, natural, gratifying

In the poem reading part, he seems to feel
The daze and helplessness of the audience and then he is forced to squeeze out
A large section of fluent English opening remarks...

室外大雨倾盆
登台领奖前，他总是
正襟危坐表情严肃
等着签名的读者排起长队
大家伸长脖子看他签名
一线落笔，沉默
似乎看不出一丝表情变化
你感受到他
哲学家特有的气质
“Nice to meet you Sir!
Could you sign…? ”
我自然的翻开诗集扉页呈上
他一脸茫然，翻译用波兰语
示意之后，他才挥笔
快速签上自己的波兰语大名
然后，默不作声
长达一小时的波兰语受奖词
他恳切殷殷，我们却
如聋子般看着他，等到耳膜
终于灌进一句世界通用语:
“Ladies and Gentlemen”
语调优美，自然，令人欣喜
朗诵环节上，他似乎感受到了
观众的茫然与无奈，被迫逼出

She is the founder of “Sophy Poetry & Translation Website”, “Sophy Poetry & Translation” International Magazine and “Sophy International Translation Publishing House” and the founder and leading lecturer of “Sophy English Forum”. She graduated from English Institute of Xian Foreign Studies University in English Literature.
She began to write Chinese poetry in 1989 and English poetry in 2004, and she began to translate Chinese Poetry into English poetry and English poetry into Chinese poetry in 2005.

Global Notice to Contributors and Booking, the First Issue of “Sophy Poetry & Translation” Magazine (C-E)

为了加强中国和国际优秀诗歌的对外翻译与国际化推广，推动中西方诗人优秀诗歌的互译、互动、传播与交流，现苏菲(陈丽华)个人在中国香港以苏菲国际翻译出版社的名义发起创立《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）国际期刊, 申请语言为英语，刊名：Sophy Poetry & Translation。国际期刊号ISSN：2616-2660。《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）期刊将以英汉互译为主导，带动其它语种诗歌的国际互动与交流。
苏菲国际翻译出版社、《苏菲诗歌&翻译》杂志编辑部，决定联合编辑出版《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）期刊，（暂定为季刊，一年四期，以后可考虑一季双刊、月刊、诗人专号、增刊等）计划在五十年时间内（2018-2068），编选出版各国重要诗人的代表性诗作，共200-400期。本刊面向全球200多个国家和地区线上/线下订阅，联结全球各重要国家的诗歌协会、作家协会、诗人民间团体和国际性文学组织。本刊具体栏目以出版三期后的栏目设置为准。现将“创刊号”预设栏目公布如下。

二、举凡各国有影响、有成就、有实力的诗人，不论国籍、语种、民族、宗教信仰、性别、年龄，均可来稿。来稿以艺术质量为第一标准。
三、《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）期刊，属个人独资兴办，无稿费、自费公助形式订阅与出版，如需刊载需要支付作品翻译服务费。公助形式：
1、预订
请诗人和读者积极预订。中国大陆免邮费每本￥50元。（一年）四期合计￥200元。海外免邮费每期$30美元。四期合计 $120美元。订购请写明：（大陆）姓名/笔名+微信/qq+邮箱+电话+详细邮寄地址；（海外）姓名/笔名+facebook+邮箱+电话+详细邮寄地址。我们将按照订书量按量印刷，请需要的诗人和读者先付费预订，出版后我们会尽快邮寄。
2、翻译赞助
1）翻译赞助纳入苏菲诗歌翻译基金。写诗不足5年以上的诗人一律不翻译。不在纸刊刊载的一律不翻译。不尊重翻译家劳动讨价还价的一律不翻译。先付费后翻译。300字以内的诗人简介义务提供翻译。
2) （汉译英）散文诗、散文、翻译评论、诗歌评论。（英译汉）散文诗、散文、翻译评论、诗歌评论面议。
3）封面人物、封二诗人推荐栏目赞助（面议）。
4）其他语种翻译赞助费用另行商议（面议）。
5）封三名人书画赞助（面议）
如果你既是诗人又是书画家，我们可以在封三提供一整版的书画版面，包括书画、书画家简介和照片、我们会用英汉双语大力推广。翻译推广版面费面议。
6）凡授权苏菲亲自翻译并出版的诗人诗歌集，将开辟大篇幅诗人专栏免费刊载英汉对照诗选。

五、投稿注意事项
各位诗人朋友们：如需把你的新诗翻译成英文或者把你的英语诗歌翻译成汉语，刊载于《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）期刊。请发来代表作3-8首、诗人简介300字以内（保存为word 97-2003版）、诗歌形象照一张（原大或至少3000px像素大小、300dpi分辨率），（标题：xxx的诗+简介+照片，五号字：宋体或新罗马，请放到一个压缩文件）发送到SophyTranslation@163.com。经《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）期刊编委会各位编辑审核通过后方能翻译刊载，请朋友耐心等待！一旦达成翻译协议，就视为授权苏菲翻译，并在苏菲主编的电子杂志、纸质杂志或者纸质诗歌选本刊载，未经译者许可不得再将作品转给其他译者翻译。未经译者许可，也不能私自将译者翻译的汉语版本和英语版本的诗歌转译成其它语种，如需转译其它语种必须注出原创作者和转译自何种语种，译者是谁。转载和刊载必须注出译者和出处。本刊暂不接受非约稿译者翻译的诗歌文本。
六、诗歌推广
为了让更多的读者读到全世界优秀的诗歌，苏菲本人倡议诗人和读者一起积极相互推广。不积极推广和关注苏菲的诗人谢绝翻译刊载。本编辑部制定相关预订期刊和权威诗歌推广资源或国际化诗歌平台推广置换翻译资助与赞助的举措。措施草案如下：
1、大陆诗人：一次预订整年每期1份（暂定为季刊，一年四期；预订4本￥200元），本刊在该年度互换翻译并刊出个人或推荐诗人代表作15行以内；一次预订整年每期2份（共预订8本￥400元），互换翻译30行以内；以此类推；
2、海外诗人：一次预订整年每期1份（暂定为季刊，一年四期；预订4本，港澳台￥800元，国外$120美元），本刊在该年度互换翻译并刊出个人或推荐诗人代表作40行以内；一次预订整年每期2份（共预订8本，港澳台￥1600元，国外$240美元），互换翻译80行以内；以此类推；
3、海外集聚众多国际诗友的原中国籍诗人或具有高端国际诗歌推广资源的国际诗人，欢迎来信洽谈互换推广资源，苏菲及相关译者将在该年度优先互换翻译上述诗人一定数量的中外诗歌。

Global Notice to Contributors and Booking, the First Issue of “Sophy Poetry & Translation” Magazine (C-E)

In order to strengthen Chinese and international excellent poetry’s translation and international promotion and promote translation, interaction, communication and exchange of excellent poetry between Chinese and Western poets, Sophy Chen (Chen Lihua) individually, by the name of Sophy International Translation Publishing House in Hong Kong, found Sophy Poetry & Translation (English-Chinese), the International Journal, main language English, title: Sophy Poetry & Translation, ISSN: 2616-2660). The “Sophy Poetry & Translation” (English-Chinese) periodical will be led by translation between English and Chinese or other international interaction and exchange of poetry in other languages.
Sophy International Translation Publishing House, and Editorial Department of Sophy Poetry & Translation Magazine, decided to co-edit and publish the magazine “Sophy Poetry & Translation” (English-Chinese), (quarterly first, four issues a year, later double issues a quarter ,monthly, poets’ special issue, or supplementary issue, etc.) . It is planed to compile and publish 200-400 issues of representative poems by important poets from all over the world in 50 years (2018-2068). This issue will be opened the online/ offline subscription to readers’ to the world more than 200 countries and regions and connected to the world’s major national poetry associations, writers associations, poetic civil society and international literature organizations. Its columns will be settled after it was published three issues. The column of the first issue is now shown as follows.

I. Poems and articles in it are translated by translator Sophy Chen independently (or translated by some multilingual translators together);
Ⅱ. All influential, accomplished and capable poets in all countries can contribute your works, regardless of your nationality, language, ethnicity, religion, sex, and age. Our first standard is the quality of your works.
Ⅲ. It is belonged to Sophy Chen personally at her own expense in the form of public subscription and publication, no payment for your works and you need to pay for your works translated if you ask your works to be published in this issue.
Public Help Form:
1) Book
Please poets and readers actively booking. Free shipping in mainland of China ¥ 50 per copy (a year) 4 issues in total 200 RMB. Overseas free postage ($ 30 per copy. Total of 4 ($ 120) US dollars. The order specify（mainland of China）: name / pen name + WeChat / qq + email + phone + detailed mailing address. Overseas: name / pen name + facebook+ email + phone + detailed mailing address. We will print the books based on booking. If you need it, please pay for it. After the publication, we will mail it to you as soon as possible.
2) Translation Sponsorship
Translation sponsored, the Chinese contemporary poetry (Chinese to English) ; translation(English to Chinese) (title + subtitle + text + annotation) unified to be paid and put into Sophy poetry translation fund. Poets who wrote poetry for less than five years will not be translated. Poets’ translated poems which are not willing to be published in paper will not be translated. Poets who do not respect the translator’s labor bargaining will not be translated. To pay before translation. The poet’s profile within 300 words is obliged to provide translation.
3) (Chinese to English) Prose Poetry, Prose, Translation Criticism, Poetry Criticism; Fiction, Drama ; Poetry News . (English to Chinese) Prose Poetry, Prose, Translation Criticism, Poetry Criticism ; Fiction, Drama ; Poetry News (negotiable).

If you are both a poet and a painter, we can provide a full page of calligraphy and painting on Cover 3, including calligraphy or painting, a brief introduction to you and your photos, and we will promote it in both English and Chinese. Translation promotion fee to negotiate.
7) All poets’ poetry collections translated and published by Sophy Chen will be given a large pieces of Poets Column to publish your some poems without charge.
Ⅳ. “Sophy Poetry & Translation” Magazine (English-Chinese), is unified to be designed , produced, made a price and published by our editorial department; 16K, each issue 4 sheets (64 pages); long poems, poems, short poems, poetry reviews, and translation reviews can be published; cover: 200g coated paper coated, four-color printing (cover 1,2,3,4 color); page: 80g wood free paper / light paper; riding nails; after the magazine published, it will be submitted to the French International Journals Registration Center, ISSN CENTER for the record first. One copy of the sample book will be presented free of charge to the author. V. Submission Matters Attention
My dear poets and poetess: if you need your modern poems to be translated into English or into Chinese, and published in “Sophy Poetry & Translation” Magazine (English-Chinese), please send your masterpieces 3-8, your poet profile within 300 words (saved as word 97-2003), your a poetry image (original size or at least 3000px, 300dpi), (Title: xxx poems + profile + photos, font size5: Song Type or Times New Roman, please send a compressed file to SophyTranslation@163.com). After your poems read and approved by editors of our magazine and paid by you, your poems will be translated and published, so please wait for a few days. Once a translation agreement is reached, it is deemed to authorize Sophy Chen to translate and publish it in her electronic magazine, paper magazine or paper books compiled by her and without the translator’s permission, you can not allow another translator to translate your translated works into other languages based on the translated version, if you need your works to be translated into other languages, you must write who is the original author, which language your works were translated from, and who is the translator. If you need your works reproduced and published you must write the name of translator and source. Our magazine does not accept some translator’s translation works who has not made a translation agreement with us.
Ⅵ. Poetry Promotion
In order to let more readers to read the world’s best poetry, Sophy Chen, myself suggest, you, my poets and readers to actively promote your poems or others’ poems each other. If you do not want to promote your own translated poems into your blog or transmit your translated poems from our poems released platform, we will refuse to translate yours and publish yours. Our editorial department has made the magazines’ relevant subscription measures and developed some authoritative poetry promotion resources or the international poetry promotion subsidies your works to be translated or your initiatives sponsorship for your works to be translated and published. The draft measures are as follows:
1, Poets in mainland China : If you reserve a year (tentative quarterly, four books a year; 4 books ¥ 200RNB), we can translate and publish your masterpieces within 15 lines in a year or some poet’s masterpieces you recommended within 15 lines; if you reserve a total of 2 copies each year (a total of 8 books ¥ 400RNB), we can translate and publish your masterpieces within 30 lines in a year; and so on.
2, Overseas poets: If you reserve a year (tentative quarterly, four books a year; 4 books ¥ 800RMB, $ 120 dollars), we can translate and publish your masterpieces within 40 lines in a year or some poet’s masterpieces you recommended within 40 lines; if you reserve a total of 2 copies each year (a total of 8 books ¥ 1600RNB, $ 240 dollars), we can translate and publish your masterpieces within 80 lines in a year; and so on.
3. The overseas’ Chinese poets who have gathered many international poets or the international poets with well international poetic promotion resources, welcome to contact us to exchange and promote resources. Sophy Chen and my related translators will translate a certain number of these poets Chinese and foreign poetry.
