Global Notice to Contributors and Booking, the First Issue of “Sophy Poetry & Translation” Magazine (C-E)

为了加强中国和国际优秀诗歌的对外翻译与国际化推广，推动中西方诗人优秀诗歌的互译、互动、传播与交流，现苏菲(陈丽华)个人在中国香港以苏菲国际翻译出版社的名义发起创立《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）国际期刊, 申请语言为英语，刊名：Sophy Poetry & Translation。国际期刊号ISSN：2616-2660。《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）期刊将以英汉互译为主导，带动其它语种诗歌的国际互动与交流。
苏菲国际翻译出版社、《苏菲诗歌&翻译》杂志编辑部，决定联合编辑出版《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）期刊，（暂定为季刊，一年四期，以后可考虑一季双刊、月刊、诗人专号、增刊等）计划在五十年时间内（2018-2068），编选出版各国重要诗人的代表性诗作，共200-400期。本刊面向全球200多个国家和地区线上/线下订阅，联结全球各重要国家的诗歌协会、作家协会、诗人民间团体和国际性文学组织。本刊具体栏目以出版三期后的栏目设置为准。现将“创刊号”预设栏目公布如下。

为了确保《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）期刊的整体艺术质量和延续性，现面向世界各国诗人公开约稿。具体事宜如下：
一、《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）期刊由翻译家苏菲Sophy Chen独立翻译（或组织多语种翻译家共同）完成；
二、举凡各国有影响、有成就、有实力的诗人，不论国籍、语种、民族、宗教信仰、性别、年龄，均可来稿。来稿以艺术质量为第一标准。
三、《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）期刊，属个人独资兴办，无稿费、自费公助形式订阅与出版，如需刊载需要支付作品翻译服务费。公助形式：
1、预订
请诗人和读者积极预订。中国大陆免邮费每本￥50元。（一年）四期合计￥200元。海外免邮费每期$30美元。四期合计 $120美元。订购请写明：（大陆）姓名/笔名+微信/qq+邮箱+电话+详细邮寄地址；（海外）姓名/笔名+facebook+邮箱+电话+详细邮寄地址。我们将按照订书量按量印刷，请需要的诗人和读者先付费预订，出版后我们会尽快邮寄。
2、翻译赞助
1）翻译赞助纳入苏菲诗歌翻译基金。写诗不足5年以上的诗人一律不翻译。不在纸刊刊载的一律不翻译。不尊重翻译家劳动讨价还价的一律不翻译。先付费后翻译。300字以内的诗人简介义务提供翻译。
2) （汉译英）散文诗、散文、翻译评论、诗歌评论。（英译汉）散文诗、散文、翻译评论、诗歌评论面议。
3）封面人物、封二诗人推荐栏目赞助（面议）。
4）其他语种翻译赞助费用另行商议（面议）。
5）封三名人书画赞助（面议）
如果你既是诗人又是书画家，我们可以在封三提供一整版的书画版面，包括书画、书画家简介和照片、我们会用英汉双语大力推广。翻译推广版面费面议。
6）凡授权苏菲亲自翻译并出版的诗人诗歌集，将开辟大篇幅诗人专栏免费刊载英汉对照诗选。
四、《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）期刊，由本编辑部统一设计、统一制作、统一定价、统一出版。16K，每期为4个印张（64页）。长诗、组诗、短诗、诗歌评论、翻译评论均可刊载.。封面：200g铜版纸覆膜四色印刷（封面1,2,3,4 彩色）；内页：80g双胶纸/轻型纸；装订：骑马钉；杂志出版后，首先递交法国国际期刊注册中心备案；再向作者免费赠送样书1册，其余将根据期刊逐渐建立的国际影响力，预备送往以下单位，联合国图书馆、联合国教科文组织、世界重要国家国会图书馆、世界重要文学报刊、世界著名大学图书馆、世界知名文学研究专家、世界知名文学翻译奖评奖会员会、诺贝尔文学奖评审委员会等。（如有送达单位均会在网络正式新闻公布加盖印章的收藏证明）
五、投稿注意事项
各位诗人朋友们：如需把你的新诗翻译成英文或者把你的英语诗歌翻译成汉语，刊载于《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）期刊。请发来代表作3-8首、诗人简介300字以内（保存为word 97-2003版）、诗歌形象照一张（原大或至少3000px像素大小、300dpi分辨率），（标题：xxx的诗+简介+照片，五号字：宋体或新罗马，请放到一个压缩文件）发送到SophyTranslation@163.com。经《苏菲诗歌&翻译》（英汉对照）期刊编委会各位编辑审核通过后方能翻译刊载，请朋友耐心等待！一旦达成翻译协议，就视为授权苏菲翻译，并在苏菲主编的电子杂志、纸质杂志或者纸质诗歌选本刊载，未经译者许可不得再将作品转给其他译者翻译。未经译者许可，也不能私自将译者翻译的汉语版本和英语版本的诗歌转译成其它语种，如需转译其它语种必须注出原创作者和转译自何种语种，译者是谁。转载和刊载必须注出译者和出处。本刊暂不接受非约稿译者翻译的诗歌文本。
六、诗歌推广
为了让更多的读者读到全世界优秀的诗歌，苏菲本人倡议诗人和读者一起积极相互推广。不积极推广和关注苏菲的诗人谢绝翻译刊载。本编辑部制定相关预订期刊和权威诗歌推广资源或国际化诗歌平台推广置换翻译资助与赞助的举措。措施草案如下：
1、大陆诗人：一次预订整年每期1份（暂定为季刊，一年四期；预订4本￥200元），本刊在该年度互换翻译并刊出个人或推荐诗人代表作15行以内；一次预订整年每期2份（共预订8本￥400元），互换翻译30行以内；以此类推；
2、海外诗人：一次预订整年每期1份（暂定为季刊，一年四期；预订4本，港澳台￥800元，国外$120美元），本刊在该年度互换翻译并刊出个人或推荐诗人代表作40行以内；一次预订整年每期2份（共预订8本，港澳台￥1600元，国外$240美元），互换翻译80行以内；以此类推；
3、海外集聚众多国际诗友的原中国籍诗人或具有高端国际诗歌推广资源的国际诗人，欢迎来信洽谈互换推广资源，苏菲及相关译者将在该年度优先互换翻译上述诗人一定数量的中外诗歌。

Global Notice to Contributors and Booking, the First Issue of “Sophy Poetry & Translation” Magazine (C-E)

In order to strengthen Chinese and international excellent poetry’s translation and international promotion and promote translation, interaction, communication and exchange of excellent poetry between Chinese and Western poets, Sophy Chen (Chen Lihua) individually, by the name of Sophy International Translation Publishing House in Hong Kong, found Sophy Poetry & Translation (English-Chinese), the International Journal, main language English, title: Sophy Poetry & Translation, ISSN: 2616-2660). The “Sophy Poetry & Translation” (English-Chinese) periodical will be led by translation between English and Chinese or other international interaction and exchange of poetry in other languages.
Sophy International Translation Publishing House, and Editorial Department of Sophy Poetry & Translation Magazine, decided to co-edit and publish the magazine “Sophy Poetry & Translation” (English-Chinese), (quarterly first, four issues a year, later double issues a quarter ,monthly, poets’ special issue, or supplementary issue, etc.) . It is planed to compile and publish 200-400 issues of representative poems by important poets from all over the world in 50 years (2018-2068). This issue will be opened the online/ offline subscription to readers’ to the world more than 200 countries and regions and connected to the world’s major national poetry associations, writers associations, poetic civil society and international literature organizations. Its columns will be settled after it was published three issues. The column of the first issue is now shown as follows.

In order to ensure the artistic quality of the Magazine and its long life, now we make an appointment for poets’ contribution from all over the world. Specific issues are as follows:
I. Poems and articles in it are translated by translator Sophy Chen independently (or translated by some multilingual translators together);
Ⅱ. All influential, accomplished and capable poets in all countries can contribute your works, regardless of your nationality, language, ethnicity, religion, sex, and age. Our first standard is the quality of your works.
Ⅲ. It is belonged to Sophy Chen personally at her own expense in the form of public subscription and publication, no payment for your works and you need to pay for your works translated if you ask your works to be published in this issue.
Public Help Form:
1) Book
Please poets and readers actively booking. Free shipping in mainland of China ¥ 50 per copy (a year) 4 issues in total 200 RMB. Overseas free postage ($ 30 per copy. Total of 4 ($ 120) US dollars. The order specify（mainland of China）: name / pen name + WeChat / qq + email + phone + detailed mailing address. Overseas: name / pen name + facebook+ email + phone + detailed mailing address. We will print the books based on booking. If you need it, please pay for it. After the publication, we will mail it to you as soon as possible.
2) Translation Sponsorship
Translation sponsored, the Chinese contemporary poetry (Chinese to English) ; translation(English to Chinese) (title + subtitle + text + annotation) unified to be paid and put into Sophy poetry translation fund. Poets who wrote poetry for less than five years will not be translated. Poets’ translated poems which are not willing to be published in paper will not be translated. Poets who do not respect the translator’s labor bargaining will not be translated. To pay before translation. The poet’s profile within 300 words is obliged to provide translation.
3) (Chinese to English) Prose Poetry, Prose, Translation Criticism, Poetry Criticism; Fiction, Drama ; Poetry News . (English to Chinese) Prose Poetry, Prose, Translation Criticism, Poetry Criticism ; Fiction, Drama ; Poetry News (negotiable).
4) Cover Person and Cover 2, Poet Recommended Column sponsor (negotiable).
5) Other languages translation sponsorship fee to be negotiated (Negotiable).
6) Cover 3 Celebrities Painting sponsor (negotiable)
If you are both a poet and a painter, we can provide a full page of calligraphy and painting on Cover 3, including calligraphy or painting, a brief introduction to you and your photos, and we will promote it in both English and Chinese. Translation promotion fee to negotiate.
7) All poets’ poetry collections translated and published by Sophy Chen will be given a large pieces of Poets Column to publish your some poems without charge.
Ⅳ. “Sophy Poetry & Translation” Magazine (English-Chinese), is unified to be designed , produced, made a price and published by our editorial department; 16K, each issue 4 sheets (64 pages); long poems, poems, short poems, poetry reviews, and translation reviews can be published; cover: 200g coated paper coated, four-color printing (cover 1,2,3,4 color); page: 80g wood free paper / light paper; riding nails; after the magazine published, it will be submitted to the French International Journals Registration Center, ISSN CENTER for the record first. One copy of the sample book will be presented free of charge to the author. The rest copies will be delivered to the following units, the United Nations Library, UNESCO, the Congress Libraries of Important Countries, the world’s major literary newspapers and magazines, the world famous university libraries, the world famous literary research experts, the world famous literary translation award judges, and the Nobel Prize in Literature Review Committee, etc. (If some units have been sent they will be officially announced a news on the collection proof with their stamp sealed)
V. Submission Matters Attention
My dear poets and poetess: if you need your modern poems to be translated into English or into Chinese, and published in “Sophy Poetry & Translation” Magazine (English-Chinese), please send your masterpieces 3-8, your poet profile within 300 words (saved as word 97-2003), your a poetry image (original size or at least 3000px, 300dpi), (Title: xxx poems + profile + photos, font size5: Song Type or Times New Roman, please send a compressed file to SophyTranslation@163.com). After your poems read and approved by editors of our magazine and paid by you, your poems will be translated and published, so please wait for a few days. Once a translation agreement is reached, it is deemed to authorize Sophy Chen to translate and publish it in her electronic magazine, paper magazine or paper books compiled by her and without the translator’s permission, you can not allow another translator to translate your translated works into other languages based on the translated version, if you need your works to be translated into other languages, you must write who is the original author, which language your works were translated from, and who is the translator. If you need your works reproduced and published you must write the name of translator and source. Our magazine does not accept some translator’s translation works who has not made a translation agreement with us.
Ⅵ. Poetry Promotion
In order to let more readers to read the world’s best poetry, Sophy Chen, myself suggest, you, my poets and readers to actively promote your poems or others’ poems each other. If you do not want to promote your own translated poems into your blog or transmit your translated poems from our poems released platform, we will refuse to translate yours and publish yours. Our editorial department has made the magazines’ relevant subscription measures and developed some authoritative poetry promotion resources or the international poetry promotion subsidies your works to be translated or your initiatives sponsorship for your works to be translated and published. The draft measures are as follows:
1, Poets in mainland China : If you reserve a year (tentative quarterly, four books a year; 4 books ¥ 200RNB), we can translate and publish your masterpieces within 15 lines in a year or some poet’s masterpieces you recommended within 15 lines; if you reserve a total of 2 copies each year (a total of 8 books ¥ 400RNB), we can translate and publish your masterpieces within 30 lines in a year; and so on.
2, Overseas poets: If you reserve a year (tentative quarterly, four books a year; 4 books ¥ 800RMB, $ 120 dollars), we can translate and publish your masterpieces within 40 lines in a year or some poet’s masterpieces you recommended within 40 lines; if you reserve a total of 2 copies each year (a total of 8 books ¥ 1600RNB, $ 240 dollars), we can translate and publish your masterpieces within 80 lines in a year; and so on.
3. The overseas’ Chinese poets who have gathered many international poets or the international poets with well international poetic promotion resources, welcome to contact us to exchange and promote resources. Sophy Chen and my related translators will translate a certain number of these poets Chinese and foreign poetry.

Sophy Chen, her name, Lihua and family name, Chen, is the Chinese contemporary poetess, translator, and American English “Legendary Poet”. She is the founder of “Sophy Poetry & Translation Website”, “Sophy Poetry & Translation” Magazine and “Sophy International Translation Publishing House”. She is the founder and leading lecturer of “Sophy English Forum”.She graduated from English Institute of Xian Foreign Studies University in English Literature.She won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012 and the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award.She translated and published six Chinese poetry collections into English, The Flower Swaying (2014) , The Tibetan Incense(2014), The Outlook of Life (2014), The Different Tunes (2014), The Body Forward (2015), and A Poetry Biography for White Snake (2015), etc.

As I was young my mom planted some flowers
In front of our old wooden house in springs
In my memory they were peony, China rose…
But what I loved the most was the tuberose

In summer night it’s a nice time to me
You could sit in yard to listen the night birds
Singing on cliffs, insects singing in bushes
And look at the moon moving in night skies

However, while your heart was beating at pace
With insects singing and in the sudden
From nowhere floating a ray of fragrance
In the moon a bunch of tuberose blossoms

As these flowers always bloom in moon nights
Your great poem may be living in its fragrance

As I was back to my country crossing the bridge
The Jialing River bathing in sun rising always
I would think of you by leaning on its railings
As if I'd fallen in its waves in one thousand years

If I did not cross it I’d see you every day
I'd touch your smile, your lady killer eyes
I thought I'd rather touch your eyes forever
You may not know the bridge I suffered so

In that year I must pass the ancient bridge
As soon as possible, for if I did not cross it
I was quite sure I would drop into the river
And disappear without any echoes forever

The bridge has been damaging almost for 20 years
Where is your charming eyes, the bridge knows

Chinese Poetess Sophy Chen’s Original English Sonnets Collection TUBEROSE Published Online Worldwide in American English Amazon

——”Tuberose”A Chinese girl’s English Sonnets

[Global News, Sophy Poetry & International Translation Website] the Chief editor Sophy Chen edited and released in Guangzhou, China.
Chinese well-known young poetess and translator Sophy Chen’s original English sonnets collection ‘Tuberose’ English-English e-book was published online worldwide in Kindle Book Store of American English Amazon on January 30, 2018. This poetry collection selected eight poems in Sophy Chen’s 1-15 original English Sonnets, for 13 pages in total. Besides of Sonnet 3 Tuberose and Sonnet 12 As if I’d Fallen in Its Waves have been translated into Chinese by Sophy Chen herself, another six sonnets have not been translated into Chinese.
Many Chinese writers’ books were published overseas, but there’re not many poets who write poems in English, published their poetry collections in English language, especially the English sonnets. The American English Amazon book website is the world largest book library platform, and also the world best book outlets, and especially e-books. There are 13 book outlets websites based on the center of the United States. The languages of the 13 sales websites include not only English, but also other languages, which are respectively exported to all the major countries and regions in the world, namely, US, UK and DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, JP, BR , CA, MX, AU, IN. It was first published in e-book, according to the online sales feedback, and then decide to publish paper books and English recitation version.
Being a Chinese who can write poetry in English is my greatest life challenge; to publish English poetry collection in American English Amazon book website is what I have been dreaming for many years. Here firstly I would like to solemnly thank the famous American poet Ron Chapman for his encouragement and support for Sophy Chen’s English poetry writing over the years. Without his encouragement and appreciation as a native American poet in the United States, Sophy Chen categorically would fail to achieve the creation of English Sonnets. Secondly, I would like to thank two Chinese poets who played a decisive role in Sophy Chen’s poem writing and poetry translation. 文坛“璀璨五彩笔”余光中去世享年90岁

据台媒东森新闻报道，诗人余光中在高雄医院过世，享年90岁。高医中午表示，病人家属要求保密，不公开病情，但消息为真；而中山大学表示，今天（14日）早上10点04分过世，家属不愿被打扰。原先只以为是天气多变、气温偏低，到医院检查後决定住院静养，没想到疑似有些小中风，肺部感染、转进加护病房；旅居在外的女儿们也从国外赶回，谢绝采访，结果1天之隔，这位作品多选入课本、文坛的“璀璨五彩笔”就过世，亲人与文坛好友都十分伤痛。

受到文坛大师梁实秋称赞“右手写诗、左手写散文，成就之高、一时无两”的余光中，在现代诗、现代散文、翻译、评论等文学领域都有涉猎，大学时期就读外文系的他，还没毕业就在文学刊物上投稿诗作，受到梁实秋赏识後出版诗集处女作《舟子的悲歌》；毕业後，更与覃子豪、锺鼎文、邓禹平等当时文坛上活跃的青年诗人们，共同创立蓝星诗社，《蓝星》周刊也成为文坛一本非常有影响力的着作。

余光中先生从事文学创作超过半世纪，政大台文所教授陈芳明曾赞誉余光中在的地方就是文学中心，熟知的诗作有选录课本中的〈车过枋寮〉、〈翠玉白菜〉、〈乡愁〉等，还有杨弦、李泰祥等众多音乐家谱成歌曲，成为流行歌的经典；散文作品则有〈我的四个假想敌〉、〈听听那冷雨〉，翻译则以《梵谷传》最经典、最为人所知。

【余光中简介】

余光中（1928-2017），台湾著名诗人、散文家、批评家、翻译家。祖籍福建永春，生于江苏南京，曾就读于金陵大学外语系（后转入厦门大学），1952年毕业于台湾大学外文系。1959年获美国爱荷华大学（LOWA）艺术硕士。先后任教台湾东吴大学、师范大学、台湾大学、政治大学，现任台湾中山大学文学院院长。曾获得包括《吴三连文学奖》、《中国时报奖》、《金鼎奖》、《国家文艺奖》等台湾所有重要奖项，已出版诗文及译著共40 余种。

According to the reports of Taiwan media Eastern News Agency, the poet Yu Guangzhong, died in Kaohsiung Hospital at the age of 90. At noon, the Kaohsiung Hospital said Yu’s family members requested confidentiality and did not disclose the disease, but the news was true. And Taiwan Sun Yat-sen University said Yu Guangzhong died at 10:10 this morning, and his family members didn’t want to be disturbed. At first he thought the weather is changing, and the temperature is low, so he went to hospital for a check and then decided to have a rest cure in hospital but he did not expect that he got some minor stroke, with his lung infected, and then he was transferred to the intensive care unit; His daughters who live abroad also rushed back from abroad, and they refused to be interviewed, As a results only one day, this Literary World “Bright Multicolored Pens” died, whose many works selected in textbooks, and his relatives and literary friends are very sad.

Yu Guangzhong, praised by literary master Liang Shih-ch'iu as “the right hand writing poetry, left hand writing prose, and others without high achievement as him at the time,” has some achievements in literature such as modern poetry, modern prose, translation and commentary. Before graduation in English department in college, he submitted poems to literary journals for publishing and published his poetry collection entitled “Sad Songs of Zhouzi” after he was appreciated by Liang Shih-ch'iu. After graduation, he also co-founded the Blue Star Poetry Club, “Blue Star” magazine which has also become a very influential literary books, with young poets such as Qin Zihao, Zhong Dingwen and Deng Yu-ping.

Mr. Yu Guangzhong engaged in literary creation for more than half of century. Professor Chen Fangming, the professor at the Taiwan Chinese Language Research Center of National University of Governance, praised him as where he is where is the literary center. His well-known poems include Cars Passing by Fangliao, The Green Jade Cabbage, Homesickness, Which were composed into classic pop music by many musicians such as Yang Xian and Li Taixiang. Among them, his prose include My Four Imaginary Enemies, Listen to That Cold Rain, and his translation based on Van Gogh Biography is the most classic and best known.

Yu Guangzhong’s Bio

Yu Guangzhong (1928-2017), is the famous Taiwanese poet, essayist, critic and translator. The land of his ancestors, Yongchun, Fujian, he was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. He studied at the Foreign Language Department of Jinling University (later transferred to Xiamen University) and graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages of Taiwan University in 1952. 1959 he got his Master of Arts from the United States Iowa University (LOWA). He has taught at Soochow University, Taiwan Normal University, Taiwan University and Politics University. He is currently the president of Taiwan Sun Yat-sen University. He has won all important awards in Taiwan, including “Wu Sanlian Literature Award”, “China Times Award”, “Golden Tripod Prize” and “National Arts Prize.” He has published over 40 kinds of poetry and translation works.

— Sophy is my pen name, the official name is Lihua Chen. I am a Chinese poetess and translator, born in 1975 in Lueyang County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. I
graduated from English Institute of Xian Foreign Studies University in English Literature.
I began to write Chinese poetry in 1989, and English poetry in 2004. I've published my own poetry (English or Chinese) and translations, in newspapers and magazines. I've translated
part of poems in the Chinese-English Textbook "300 New Chinese Poems (1917-2012)" and in World Poetry Yearbook 2013/2014. I was awarded the “Legendary Poet” in 2012
by the international renowned English poetry website poetry.com. In the same year I won the annual “International Best Translator” Award 2012, issued by IPTRC. In 2014, I won
the Chinese Contemporary Poetry (2013-2014) Translation Award. I've translated six Chinese poetry collections into English: The Flower Swaying (2014), the original author,
Zhao Xingzhong, Tibetan Incense (2014), poetess purple shadow (ZiYing), and The Outlook of Life (2014), Yang Ruopeng, Different Tunes (2014) by poetess Greensleeves,
and The Body Forward (2015) by painter Tan Jun, A Poetry Biography for White Snake by Liao Shidie, etc. I'm currently living in Guangzhou, China.

苏菲简介

苏菲（Sophy Chen），本名陈丽华，中国当代女诗人、翻译家。“苏菲诗歌&翻译网”创办人。苏菲英语讲坛创办人兼主讲人。1975年生于陕西汉中略阳。毕业于西安外国语大学英文学院，在外语类院校任教至今。
现为“苏菲诗歌&翻译网”总编、混语版《世界诗人》季刊客座总编、中国翻译协会会员、国际诗歌翻译研究中心研究员。1989年开始汉语诗歌写作，2004年开始英文诗歌写作，并在各大报刊发表英汉双语诗歌和英汉双语诗歌翻译作品。曾参与汉英读本《中国新诗300首（1917—2012）》部分作品的英译及全书的英文校对。审译纯英文版《世界诗歌年鉴2013》、《世界诗歌年鉴2014》。
2012年，获国际知名英语诗歌专业网站 POETRY.COM 授予的“传奇诗人称号”，同年获国际诗歌翻译研究中心（IPTRC）颁发的2012年度“国际最佳翻译家奖”。2014年荣获“中国当代诗歌奖”（2013—2014）翻译奖。
出版英译诗歌集六部：《花动摇》（赵兴中原著)、《藏香》（女诗人紫影原著）、《生之瞭望》（杨若鹏原著）、《异调》（女诗人绿袖子原著）、《胴体向前》（画家谭钧原著）、《白娘子诗传》（女诗人廖诗蝶原著）。

时值泰国人民崇敬爱戴的第九世王，伟大艺术家普密蓬陛下逝世一周年之际, 为了歌颂泰王一生勤政爱民丰功伟绩，泰国文化部与亚洲文化教育基金会联合举办“国际华文诗歌大赛暨泰中国际微电影展”，得到泰国电影馆、中国新影集团、美国文心社泰国分社、中国作家网、中国微小说微电影创作联盟的协办支持，进一步促进中国和泰国文化交流活动，增强两国人民和世界人民的友谊，活动时间订于2017年11月2日至2017年11月4日。

一．征稿细则：
1. 参赛对象：海内外汉语作者均可投稿参赛。
2. 征稿内容：原创诗歌和微电影作品
3. 征稿要求：现代诗歌作品不限题目，围绕第九世王–普密蓬陛下的生平艺术，丰功伟绩，普及泰国文化以及世界华人对泰国的美好印象，鼓励作家歌颂泰国普密蓬国王为人和艺术作品，行数在6-60行之内。微电影作品内容长短不超过30分钟，作品内容关注现实生活，体现人文关怀，彰显时代精神，讴歌辉煌成绩。
4. 征稿时间：2017年6月24日至9月14日

注：泰中国际微电影展的获奖作品将参加第5届亚洲微电影艺术节（2017年11月6-8日中国云南临沧）评选和展示。
2. 同一作者最多不能超出3首诗歌参赛，如多首入围，以评出的最高奖级评定。
3. 征稿结束后，由组委会对作品进行初评，再邀请知名作家诗人进行终评。
4. 大赛获奖作品将被翻译为泰文、英文，并结集出版。
5. 2017年11月2-4日在曼谷国家文化中心举行颁奖仪式，纪念第九世王普密蓬国王去世一周年活动暨采风活动，邀请获奖作者参加。
6. 诚邀海内外爱好华文诗歌或诗歌评论家参加国际华文诗歌大赛暨泰中国际微电影展” 颁奖仪式，纪念第九世王普密蓬国王去世一周年活动暨采风活动。
本次活动获得泰国文化部、泰国旅游和体育局、泰国工商部的大力支持，邀约世界各国的新闻媒体和网络新媒体为宣传阵地，全方位、多角度的进行宣传和报道。活动期间，有泰国的泰文报纸与华文报纸做全面介绍。

为了庆祝非马的80岁生日，他的两个儿子马凡及马楷偕同两个媳妇，在非马的母校威斯康辛大学设立了一个永久性的《非马文学创作奖学金》，每年颁发一千美元给该校文学院英文系的一位优秀研究生。他们原本的计划是设立一个汉语或亚洲诗奖学金，只是目前该校没有适当的机构可主理。今年的得奖者是来自拉丁美洲主修诗词的硕士学位候选人丶校内刊物《魔湖杂志》（ Devil's Lake Journal）的总编辑 Leslie Sainz 女士。评选对象每年不同，明年将以主修小说的研究生为主。五月四日非马全家开车去参加了首次颁奖仪式。

非马1969年自该校的工学院获得了核工博士学位，後来他的大儿子马凡也获得了该校的化工博士学位。仪式主持人因此开玩笑要会场所有的人举手宣誓不得泄露风声给工学院，引起了全场的爆笑。

校方还特地为这次颁奖仪式制作了一支精致的原子笔，赠给所有与会的人，做为纪念。红色笔身上刻着几行白色的字，是选自非马的英文诗 Reading (读书) 中的诗句，相当醒目。

第二届“紫荆花杯”世界华文诗歌大赛"美丽香港"征文启事

为了隆重纪念香港回归祖国20周年，彰显“一国两制”在香港的成功实践，弘扬爱国主义情怀，讴歌香港，迎接新诗诞生百年。由香港中华文化总会属会——国际华文诗人协会、《华夏经济文化~世界华文诗报》等单位联合举办《第二届“紫荆花杯”世界华文诗歌大赛》”美丽香港"征文活动。

该项由国际华文诗人协会等单位联合举办的“世界华文诗歌大赛”，自1996年开始，已举办了多届，并获得圆满成功。该项大赛是国际华文诗坛举办时间较早、规模较大、影响较深远的诗歌大赛，已经成为世界华文诗坛的品牌。其中1996年举办的首届世界华文诗杯新诗大奖赛、1998年举办的庆祝香港97回归祖国新诗、书法、绘画大奖赛、2007年举办的“紫荆花杯“庆祝香港回归10周年文学艺术大赛，以及近年举办的“中山杯”、“莲花杯”、“册亨杯”等众多世界华文诗歌大赛，均有全国各省市自治区、港澳台地区和世界各地诗人踊跃参加，获得了圆满的成功，被誉为世界华文诗坛一大盛事。

获奖作品将隆重出版纪念专集《第二届“紫荆花杯”世界华文诗歌大赛作品集：美丽香港》（含香港介绍，100位获奖者相片、简介，获奖作品展示）。这本获奖作品集将会成为香港回归祖国20周年和新诗诞生百年之际，讴歌美丽香港，传承博大精深中华文化的重要意义和纪念收藏价值的诗集。

（一）、征文内容：作品要求以纪念香港回归祖国20周年为主题，围绕美丽香港、魅力香港、活力香港、繁荣香港的内容进行创作，选择用新诗的方式来讴歌香港（切忌空洞口号）。

（二）、征稿对象：全球华文诗歌作者。

（三）、体裁：现代新诗。数量每人限定1首，30行内，超过无效，请勿重复投稿。

（四）、奖项设置：

1、组委会将组织专家组成评审委员会，对所征集到的诗歌进行评审，评选出100名获奖作品和人物。

这次评奖分为两个方面，其中名次奖90名，荣誉（贡献）奖10名。

2、大赛名次奖设：

金奖2名；银奖10名；铜奖20名；优秀奖58名。

3、因为是回归庆典，故征文奖励确定为相关纪念礼品。所有获奖者均颁发获奖证书，赠送纪念礼品：《第二届“紫荆花杯”世界华文诗歌大赛作品集：美丽香港》1册。

另外，金奖再赠送价值5000元纪念礼品；银奖再赠送价值2000元纪念礼品；铜奖再赠送价值500元纪念礼品。

4、本次活动设荣誉（贡献）奖10名，表彰这次对推动举办“紫荆花杯”世界华文诗歌大赛征文和<美丽香港>出版活动作出贡献的人士，并各赠送《第二届“紫荆花杯”世界华文诗歌大赛作品集：美丽香港》多册、颁发荣誉证书及赠送纪念礼品。

（五）、投稿要求：

1、为环保起见，只收电子稿，投稿邮箱：2188151756@qq.com。

统一使用word文本附件形式并贴在页面(标题4号宋体加粗、正文及其它文字5号宋体)；

来稿文件名统一格式为在邮件主题栏填写：第二届“紫荆花杯”世界华文诗歌大赛-作者-地区-作品名称”。

2、本次大赛不收参评费，不退稿。要求未发表的原创新作，防止抄袭，文责自负。希望大家监督，发现后即予以除名并收回奖励。组委会拥有参赛获奖作品的版权。

3、作者投稿时实行实名制，请在稿件后面提供200字内的简介（切勿超出），含作者姓名、性别、年龄、民族、国家或地区、职业等。另附联系地址、邮编、电话、电子信箱、及生活照（自愿）。

4、来稿不按要求的，直接取消参赛资格。

（六）、组委会和评委会人员不得参加此次大赛名次奖，以示公允。

（七）、征稿时间：自2017年5月1日起，至2017年7月31日截止。过期不予受理。

（八）、获奖者名单将在媒体上、网上、微信群里公布，并将另行用电子邮件专函通知，未寄相片的获奖者届时须补寄相片出版作品集。获奖作者奖状、作品集、纪念礼品等用挂号邮件寄上。国外获奖者请选择寄内地的地址。
